Yum! Tried the scuba frozen it tasted like summer in a cup! The rest of the family enjoyed their drinks. The blueberry muffin was good too! The staff were super friendly and we’d definitely return!

We went through this drive through three times earlier this week and the employee at the window was just the most cheerful and pleasant person we could have encountered. She made us laugh and it was just a great interaction to start our day. The drinks and food we got were quickly and well prepared. Very tasty drinks. I’ve never been to a Biggby prior to this but I will definitely go again based on this experience.

Ordered two coffee drinks - a blended mocha for my teen who likes sweet drinks and a cold brew with vanilla foam. The barista was friendly, the order was ready quickly, and the drinks looked great. They were both super bitter and burnt tasting. Undrinkable. I have worked in many restaurants, including more than one that roasted their own coffee and had fully developed coffee programs, this coffee was bad. Truly.

The girl with blue bangs messed up my order, and was extremely dismissive of us. While we were waiting for a drink to be remade, she proceeded to mis-hear the next customer's order. She was very concerned with her dinner plans for after leaving work.

I love my folks over at the Sawyer location, but this location (Bridgman) is way more efficient. Sometimes it takes forever to get your order in Sawyer. I’ve hardly ever had to wait in Bridgman, even if there is a line of cars. Kudos to management!

By far the best Biggby around! Service is excellent. Always friendly and fast. They run special promo frequently. They get my order right. I drove 12 miles out of my way to visit this store instead of one about a mile from my house. 10/10 definitely check them out - even if you’ve had bad Biggby experiences before. This location will change your mind.
