The girl with blue bangs messed up my order, and was extremely dismissive of us. While we were waiting for a drink to be remade, she proceeded to mis-hear the next customer's order. She was very concerned with her dinner plans for after leaving work.

I love my folks over at the Sawyer location, but this location (Bridgman) is way more efficient. Sometimes it takes forever to get your order in Sawyer. I’ve hardly ever had to wait in Bridgman, even if there is a line of cars. Kudos to management!

By far the best Biggby around! Service is excellent. Always friendly and fast. They run special promo frequently. They get my order right. I drove 12 miles out of my way to visit this store instead of one about a mile from my house. 10/10 definitely check them out - even if you’ve had bad Biggby experiences before. This location will change your mind.
I used to come daily for the same drink and moved over a month ago. I came in yesterday and when they heard my voice they knew what my drink is and exclaimed how much they miss me. I've never been to a Biggby Coffee before. Nice people. It's a drive thru and the wait was not long. I had a mocha latte with two shots of espresso and caramel. Very tasty and did the trick of keeping me awake on my long drive. Next time, I'm hoping to order the sandwiches. I hope they open one in WI.
