Tried out this Dunkin got a quick bite around 3pm as I was traveling back to Chicago. The employees were all very nice, professionally dressed and made the food perfectly! Everything was fresh and hot and the facility was very clean. I was surprised as I expected less from a Dunkin attached to a BP. Thank you Dunkin!

I ordered ONE regular frozen coffee through the drive-through. The person taking the order asked what flavor I wanted. I said "Regular." He didn't understand my American English very well, and I didn't understand his accented English very well. He then proceeded to tell me that there are two flavors: s'mores or caramel. After I saw on the screen that he had my order as TWO s'mores-flavored frozen coffees, I knew that he really didn't understand me. Since he didn't seem to understand what "regular coffee" was, I ultimately got one caramel frozen coffee. I didn't feel like explaining anymore, so didn't get what I wanted. Order at your own risk. Hopefully, the person taking your order knows better English than the person taking mine did.

No smile, no hello, no you're welcome... asked for extra toast bread on my sandwich, it's not even toasted. Bathrooms are shared with the attached gas station and nasty AF... wasn't even any soap, just a big bottle of hands sanitizer. 0 stars, do not recommend.

Absolute worst visit. Coffee was rang wrong and asked about it and was told yeah they got it it’s right to pull around. Coffee is indeed wrong. They wouldn’t take a 50 so I had to go into the gas station to break a bill then go pay making me late for work. And on top of it all I can’t even do a survey and get some kind of credit because they didn’t give me a receipt.
Read the reviews before coming here… unfortunately I wasn’t the only one who’s experienced this awful person that works there..(the male that always has an attitude) Went there to grab a drink a worker got upset that I was taking too long placing a big order and got on the mic with an attitude and told me to hurry up. When I went to go pay the girl apologized for her “boyfriends” behavior. They forgot a part of my order so I asked for that and when she told him to grab the rest he proceeded to scream “what” turned around and flipped me off. Never experienced anything like this before. He got off by telling a customer off and there were no repercussions.

The cashier was rude and unfriendly. He would not answer a single question about the breakfast wraps containing dairy. He seemed very bothered to even be alive. I'm the wrap itself was tiny for $5. Go to McDonald's or Subway down the street instead.
