Great service and quick! Food was all good
Delicious food, the skillets were delicious (and great fries y'all), and the service was very friendly!
We have a friend who's severely allergic to nuts and peanuts, and they went as far as showing her a picture of the exact fry oil they use!
Great food!! Huge portions! And our server Jennifer was great!!!
Food was absolutely delicious. Everyone basically licked their plates clean. The diner itself is a little old fashioned but we went for the food regardless.
Lydia's went down hill after covid bullshit. We use to go once a week at least. We stopped going due to the high crazy prices and they no longer have the cakes. That was the main reason we loved going. Use to be a great place. Sad
Was on our way to Chicago perfect stop, omelets were really good and you could tell that it was a REAL home cook meal. Not frozen or anything SO GOOD.
We were headed to 2 other places first but both were closed yet said were open? Plenty of parking with our trailer in the back! Basic diner here. I wanted an espresso coffee but only had reg drip. I ordered 2 eggs w toast. Eggs I believe might be real eggs but looked like milk or water was added Bec of the texture and color. Taste was ok. Joe got an omelet and he thought Good! Older restaurant atmosphere could use a detail clean on floors. Gave a 3 overall. Just basic diner food. Grateful though as we were hungry.
The food was pretty good, but the order was kinda messed up. Prices were pretty high, but as always inflation is inflation

We haven't eaten at Lydia's in 2 years and decided to try it again. We looked at the online menu and prices, ordered three breakfast when I went to pick it up the cost was almost doubled. I question the server she said they hadn't updated the website. We will not be going back again
