Oh this place is scraping the bottom of the barrel, staff will stand there and look at you at the counter, but won’t help till someone tells them to. Food was cold to, not like sitting cold, more like not cooked enough cold.

One person had to wait more than 10 minutes to get a hot chocolate during this time four customers had to listen to the store manager yelling at an employee about what a lousy job. He was doing loud enough everybody in the restaurant could hear it. I do not believe that that is the type of atmosphere you wish to convey at your establishment

Placed walkin order 7:32 PM of 2 double cheese burgers and medium fries. received it 16 minutes later without napkins and barely lukewarm fries. Came for speed, convenience, and typical consistency but not here.

The place was designed differently, probably because it's on a travel way but the food was like all the other McDonald's, another noticeable thing was like that it is designed for take out rather than sitting and it had so many screens that can be used for ordering
Everything tasted terrible . Service was extremely slow .All the tables were dirty and all you could hear is the staff yelling at each other in the back . The bathrooms were extremely dirty . They do not offer any condiments it took 5 min to ask and get ketchup.
