Wow, passing through on the highway and I just grabbed a quick double cheese to get me through until dinner, expecting the usual sub-par product. Surprise. It was actually fresh, hot and genuinely delicious. Unbelievable. Oh well-I’m pretty sure that it was probably just a fluke, but it proves that it can actually be done, I guess.

It smells pretty bad here, apparently it's a known plumbing issue. Manager or shift leader had zero control of the crew. Entire restaurant needs a thorough cleaning. Corporate, if you're listening this franchise needs help.

I don't go here often but if you charge me extra for sauce and are too stupid to out in bag then this is the reason people are tired of fast food places🙄
Come here often enough to know this place is about to take a nose dive. The employees consistently could care less about the quality of work they are doing. They are ALWAYS rude and short with customers and suck at doing the simple things that shouldn’t be hard to do. I ordered a 4 piece happy meal and only received 2 nuggets, soggy fries, and no sauce. Redeemed a coupon through the app for a drink and they couldn’t figure out how to add the kids drink to the happy meal and apply the coupon to my free drink?? 4 problems in a very simple order.. not including the lack of customer service. When I asked at the pay window I was unpleasantly greeted with “I don’t know” and an eye roll and then yelled for a manager.. the manager never said a word to me. I have worked drive thru and know the stress, but this was the last crappy experience I deal with here.

Did the online app breakfast order. Convenient and right on time. Left earlier from Chicago to the house and stopped at this McDonald's location for breakfast. Really appreciate the great young people who promptly took care of us and provided us with our complete fresh order.
