Ordered online. I got the double pepperoni tavern style and added sausage… went to pick up the pizza they forget the double pepperoni and only gave sausage. The cheese pizza I got was soggy on the bottom. Breadsticks were as good as normal but I’m severely disappointed in my pizza. I gave them 2 hours notice and they still f’d it up. Sorry Bridgman Pizza Hut I’ll be taking my business anywhere else.

Worst pizza hut around. The food is good, but they can't get a delivery correct for anything. 2 different times back-to-back, we ordered delivery. The food never came. They tried to doordash it to us. Their delivery driver was not available. We ended up canceling. I would suggest casey's or Romas, if you're in bridgeman.

Every time I order Pizza Hut in Bridgman it’s absolutely amazing. Delicious, fresh, and the delivery guy who brought my order the past two times is SO SWEET. I felt bad ordering in the snow but he is such a good sport and I just love this place. ❤️ P.S the sweet chili traditional wings and cinnabons are the absolute best.

I have ordered from here several times and it's always been hot and fresh upon arrival. The taste of the food is always great and they don't cheat you out of the toppings or the cheese. The girl at the counter is friendly and does her job professionally. I always have a good experience with the local pizza Hut. Keep up the good work thanks

The food was really great until I found sausage on my chicken pizza. I'm severely allergic to sausage and as a former pizza cook I don't understand how hard it is to make sure your pizza gets the right ingredients. If you can't do that you shouldn't be making pizza. Thanks for the night of profuse stomach pain and vomiting instead of what was supposed to be a nice comfort meal.
Dietary restrictions: Not really friendly apparently, even though they have diet friendly options. They aren't diet friendly if you can't teach your workers to pay attention during assembly.
3 times now, I have ordered online to be called and told they can't deliver unless I use Door Dash. If I wanted to use Door Dash, I would have ordered through them. Then I was told, "You can come pick it up." No, I ordered delivery because I'm not able to pick it up. Done trying. If you don't have delivery available for your restaurant update, your store online and on the app to say so.

My husband and I took our family of 15 here today for after church service lunch. We ordered A LOT of pizza and bread sticks, and 4 two liters of soda. The waitress was very professional, and made our experience a very good one. And all of the food was delicious, nice and hot, fresh, and made the way we wanted it. We will definitely be back. Maybe not as many of us the next time though. ?
