Extremely disappointing experience. The server was rude and took over a minute just to put on gloves — it felt like a joke. He seemed completely uninterested in both his job and the customers. The prep station was filthy, and the veggies were all mixed together — a serious concern for anyone with allergies. This was my first and definitely last visit to this location.

CLOSED AGAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF DAY! Just shut it down at this point . I’ve called and spoke to a manager nothing has changed. GO TO THE STEVENSVILLE SUBWAY, there door is actually open. Such a pathetic location.

Horrible experience! First of all, why is it acceptable to not contain long hair?? Why are beards allowed to not have proper covering? You are making food for people to eat! When you are out of product, disable the option for that product on the app! I ordered online, my ordered was to be ready at 630. I arrived on time. My ordered was not even started yet. Kid tells me they are out of meatballs. Why is it available to order if your out?? He offers me the choice of a different sandwich, or refund. I asked for turkey on Italian herbs and cheese. The kid pulls out white bread. I questioned him. He said it was Italian. I said, oh, you must be out of the cheese for the top. He looked me dead in the eye and said, We are out of Italian bread. Then why did you tell me it was the bread I ordered?? Come on now. Finally my sandwiches are done. The bearded boy starts bagging my cookies. I ordered 2 chocolate chip and 2 oatmeal raisins. Imagine how angry I am to hear that there is only 1 chocolate chip cookie left. So again, I'm asked to choose a substitute. Not making the mistake of coming to this location again.

I used to love this subway, but recently they've been out of something every time I'm there. They're understaffed, they don't follow the hours listed on the website (im writing this at 7:45pm and theyre closed without a note on the door or anything) and the food is just a mess- onion and lettuce in all the produce, tomatoes that are just gross looking, banana peppers turning brown. it's crazy and I'm really disappointed with how it's being run. I've gone about 5-6 times since the new manager took over and i have not been impressed

The poor people working here were severely understaffed today with the lunch rush (and one of them had just started working there!) but they were doing their absolute best to be cheerful and keep up with orders and make sure everyone was getting what they wanted. I'd give 10 stars for service if I could - they were absolute troopers under all that stress!

The girl that worked "by herself" the afternoon of October 2nd in Bridgman, MI deserves a RAISE!!! She was by herself with a line of customer working diligently withe a positive attitude on making everyone's food. I was in awe of watching how she handled herself under so much pressure. Pay your people that do a good job what they deserve a lot more money or even a promotion. Thank you afternoon October 2nd worker you did a great job and the sandwich was made to perfectly.

Employees were nice but the quality of the food was terrible. The poorest selection of ingredients. Even the pickles looked like they went bad...?? How does a tray of pickles go bad?? They are pickled!!!

I live in Bridgman and I like Subway, but I've all but given up going to this one. They are always out of stuff or something isn't working. Tonight, at 5:00, they told me they had run out of meatballs at 2:00 this afternoon. I said, "Well, since you're open until 10:00, shouldn't you make some more?" Some of the pop in the fountain needed to have the syrup changed. There were three kids working who looked like they were 15 years old. It didn't seem like they knew how to do it. It's not their fault. They need some more training or to have a more experienced person working with them.
