I love going there and the atmosphere is excellent but the service was slow and we waited a long time for all you can eat fish...the waitress was nice and polite but could of came around and check on us and keep us updated and if we would like another drink...but I still would come back again

What makes this place so great and #1 reason I go is Robin. If you're lucky enough to have her as your server then there's no doubt that you'll have a great experience. Always on top of her serving game - pays attention to what you need throughout the meal and has got you all set up ready to smash some good a** food Fun to talk to, just as quick with a clever joke that has whole table laughing as she is with your drinks and food

What a happy accident that we came across the Getaway Cubbie Grille! We were returning from Chicago to Michigan and wanted to stop for gas at a less congested exit. We decided to stop for lunch and found this restaurant/bar. Food was and great and drinks were cold. Service was awesome. Very clean restrooms. Highly recommend. We will return!

For Cub fans this is a great place with all of the cup memorabilia. There are other baseball photos and memorabilia there as well. We found the food to be so-so. Our server was super nice and did a great job. She gets five stars. We weren't greeted when we went into the place and had to ask around to see whether we needed to wait to be seated. The cook messed up my wife's order but they did replace it with the correct order. The bartender wasn't friendly. If you are a Chicago Cubs fan, it's a good place to go. If you're not , you'd probably want to skip it
