i always forget how great this arby’s location is until i go to revisit it. they perfect your order, and are fast enough to give you fresh and hot food. i had a great experience this evening thanks to Bobby, he is very kind and patient, and gives me a good reason to come back. it’s hard going to fast food places now with it being either AI taking your order or some impatient teenager. thank you Bobby for the great service and special treat ❣️😊

Very expensive!! Buns were hard ( not fresh ). Staff was so rude! Going out to eat with service is cheaper than them! No wonder there drive thru is always empty!! Won’t be back!

Pretty gross when the guy (John) is taking your order and continues to put his hand in his mouth and playing with the hair on his face. Only to then go and get your food and put it on your tray. This time of year sickness is going around and doesn't help when you have an employee that can't keep his fingers out of his mouth.
