I went through the drive through yesterday ordered a standard meal and gave then a coupon at the window. (I have done this several time at this location got YEARS). The girl at the window told me because I didn't mention the coupon at the window I would be forced to pay full price. The only solution was to drive through again and re-order. It seemed completely idiotic and almost like she just wanted to inconvience me since I didn't mention the coupon ahead of time. I declined to drive around and she refused to give me my food for the coupon price. I left without lunch and will not be returning. Horrible customer service. Most annoying part is I've never had to mention my coupon ahead of time.

The Brighton, MI Arby's is pretty much fantastic.The orders are virtually always accurate. In the rare case there's an error, the staff is friendly and prompt in making it right. The staff is incredibly friendly.Something that others may find discouraging is the occasional wait time. However, in my experience, this occurs only when they are making something hot and fresh. Definitely worth the wait, in my opinion ?
Took Mac and cheese balls that had been sitting for who knows how long and dropped them back into the fryer for few seconds then served them to me after already waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes , cold fry’s too, Sliders were fine. Wont be returning that was
Mad I ordered a few beef and cheddar sandwiches today for the guys I work with for lunch today due to being a very labor intense day. Get to the job site and not a single sandwich had any cheddar or sauce on them at all. Just the meet. Workers were upset but still ate and kept cracking jokes saying they need something to drink cause it's so dry and plan but were hungry so they ate em anyways.. next time gonna definitely check an make sure the employees put the cheddar on sandwiches at every arbys I go to from now on. Got some trust issues between me and you arbys lol

If you're loosing customers, she must be one of the reasons. The only reason why I'm giving a second star because I want to be fair, I did receive the food quick, and the young lady who took my order was very nice. As far as the rest of the service it was terrible. When I ordered my food the young lady she was very polite and then asked me if I would like to donate a dollar to the Make-A-Wish foundation I said yes, so she told me that I should be receiving a coupon with my order. I drove to the window to pay with my card, she asked me if I want any sauce, I asked her for arby's sauce, next the older lady opened the wind handed me the card and my food like I was an inconvenience in her day. I said thanks but she just slammed the window shut like she was done with me. I did notice the young lady was standing behind her and looking at her in shock. After I drove away, I realized that my bag had no receipt, no sauce, no napkins, small fries that was half full (when I ordered large), and no coupon. I'm not sure what's her deal or issue but I know for sure that she's one reason I'm not going there anymore.
