Out of all but bowls & cake cones. No waffle cones or bowls, no sugar cones, 1/2 ice cream freezer shut down. Tables all dirty & not busy. Cake book falling apart. Service was ok.

This is a combined Baskin Robbins/Dunkin. The place is awful and it has been awful for YEARS. I’ve got to the point that if I want Baskin Robbins I will drive to Wixom from Brighton to get it. The place is dirty. Junk sitting everywhere. Counters are dirty. Floor is dirty. All the equipment is dirty. The racks holding donuts were caked in sticky junk. The kids working are sullen. They will leave you standing at the counter for a full five minutes before even acknowledging your presence. Just avoid it.

Very dissapointed with this location. Called in the morning to see if they offered a sugar free ice cream. Was told they had a sugar free pineapple/coconut option. Got to the store and was told they were out. Also a few of us got the chocolate peanut butter ice cream and there was no peanut butter in the ice cream. If I could give it less than one star I would.

Stopped in for a bagel and coffee at Dunkin donuts part of the store. The crew working were socializing together laughing and interacting with customers. Not making you feel you interrupted "happy time" to wait on you. Very pleasant and efficient. Thanks

Went through the drive-through, so excited for coffee and from the start the girl was rude, I ordered a frozen coffee and she told me that the machine for the frappe was being cleaned, so she couldn’t get it. I was going to order something else, but the service is SO RUDE and UNWELCOMING, I decided to just leave and go elsewhere.

I drove all they way there from Howell because the Howell store did not have what I wanted. The website says the Brighton store is open 24 hours. Not true. Locked up tight at10:30pm.

I went there thinking it was going to be like it use to but no what to 30 flavors there were 8 the flavors were alright but it expensive for what you get I would go to Dairy Queen over baskin robins
