This place is HORRIBLE!!! The employees are angry and take it out on customers. Especially the older "gentlemen" that works there. He basically grunts at you and makes you feel like you're out of line forordering anything. One of the younger girls that works there just stood behind the counter and yelled over and over that she "hates this job!" Just unacceptable customer service. This was the second week in a row that they were nasty and frustrated. I gave them another chance this week and it was worse. I won't be back to this location

I went there at 830 to pick up my drinks that cost me 8 dollars and nobody was there. It says on google and the app that it closes at 10. I better get my drinks in the morning since their worker was not at work. Great service (not)

Out of all but bowls & cake cones. No waffle cones or bowls, no sugar cones, 1/2 ice cream freezer shut down. Tables all dirty & not busy. Cake book falling apart. Service was ok.

This place is eh. They are often out of the specialty donuts which is always a bummer. Their drinks are good if they make them how you ask. If you order straight off the menu and it's not plain coffee, be prepared for an overly sweet drink. I do love their iced coffe, but again, it has to be customized.Service is fine except the manager who dropped the f-bomb while talking inappropriately to a staff. I guess that's what happens when you have a manager who is super young and has no management/ people skills.

Just dropped in for a cup of coffee (regular, no mile or sugar) to drink on the road. I wasn't looking for anything special, but I know what I am getting when I stop at Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee was hot and tasted just like Dunkin Donuts coffee.I fought off the usrge to get something to go with my coffee, and I have the mental scars to prove it. Love the sweets, but not when I'm sitting in the car for hours driving. I'll treat myself later.If was in a travel plaza. Easy in, easy out, Service was fast and friendly. The store was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Well worth the visit.

Drink was good but was a premaid drink--was the only person waiting and the one worker who was getting donuts ready had to ask her coworker 3-4 times to assist me at the register---then I got my breakfast wrap , was barely warm and not cooked

This is a combined Baskin Robbins/Dunkin. The place is awful and it has been awful for YEARS. I’ve got to the point that if I want Baskin Robbins I will drive to Wixom from Brighton to get it. The place is dirty. Junk sitting everywhere. Counters are dirty. Floor is dirty. All the equipment is dirty. The racks holding donuts were caked in sticky junk. The kids working are sullen. They will leave you standing at the counter for a full five minutes before even acknowledging your presence. Just avoid it.

This is a combined Baskin Robbins/Dunkin. The place is awful and it has been awful for YEARS. I've got to the point that if I want Baskin Robbins I will drive to Wixom from Brighton to get it. Got to the store and was told they were out. Also a few of us got the chocolate peanut butter ice cream and there was no peanut butter in the ice cream. If I could give it less than one star I would.

Stopped in for a bagel and coffee at Dunkin donuts part of the store. The crew working were socializing together laughing and interacting with customers. Not making you feel you interrupted "happy time" to wait on you. Very pleasant and efficient. Thanks

This Dunkin' Donuts shares a space with Baskin Robbins. This review is for Baskin Robbins. For the month of April, every Wednesday is "Waffle Wednesday." You get a free waffle cone with any scoop of ice cream. We get there and they don't even have any waffle cones! So much for Waffle Wednesday! The two employees working seemed clueless. Since we were there, we decided to get ice cream in a sugar cone. The employee scooping the ice cream into the cone couldn't shape the ice cream into a ball with the scoop so she scooped these tiny scoops and stacked them. I wish I took a photo. She handed it to me and I said the portion is like a kiddie scoop. Instead of adding more, she threw it out and started over again!?!
