The sausage patties they used for our breakfast sandwich had a funny color to them and you could tell that they were not fresh. Very disappointed in the food quality. We will not be visiting again.
Staff is extremely slow and unmotivated. You're better off going to the real bagel place at Old-23 and Grand River. This place could be great, but the staff needs to be replaced.
You have THE BEST BAGELS! They are always fresh and delicious. The veggie cream cheese puts all other cream cheeses to shame! The owner Dale, is exceptionally friendly and eager to make each customer satisfied. What a great person! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Thanks Dale for the warm and fresh mini muffins!! Can't wait to visit your store again!
The two young men that helped me were very friendly and fast with their service, the bagels I got were fresh and my kids loved them.. will definitely come back
Wanted to compare these bagels to Bagel's & Bite's nearby. I really enjoyed the Big Apple bagels when the old shop was open across from Meijer off Gd. River. Sadly, the bagel I had tasted store bought (almost stale-like) and the cream cheese wasn't fresh tasting or flavorful either. I was blown away that the price of a dozen bagels (w/ cream cheese maybe?) was $18. I will say that the staff was very friendly. I probably will stick with Bagel's and Bites as their bagels and cream cheese are better quality and always fresh. Pretty sure they make their own cream cheese and it's super flavorful and fresh. I can also purchase a bakers dozen for around $11. I usually buy my own cream cheese though as it's cheaper.
