It was our first time there. We will definitely be back. Tha beer was cold and good. The food was great, can't wait to go back to try something else.

Block has really good barbecue style food and a big selection of beers. Very chill. Sarah, at the Brighton location, is hard working and energetic. She made my visit fun and memorable!

Recently had a luncheon and rented their private room. Karen helped me immensely in picking out food (as I didn't know what to have). Sarah and Amanda did an awesome job waiting on over 35 people and the food was fantastic and all were happy . Most had to have containers for leftovers as portions are generous.

Everytime I eat here i am amazed. Everything is delicious. My fiance has become a big fan and so has our kids. We are greeted with smiles and great service. This place has something for everyone and of all ages. To my surprise it's not more busy...

We're locals and have been here several times. Great beer selection, good service and nice place. However they are really expensive for what you get, portions are small, prices are above average for area and the food itself is just kinda blah. Doesn't seem like a majority is made in house. On top of that they charge you for using a credit card. If it wasn't so convenient we'd probably never go back.

We're irregulars. We love stopping in here. The wait/bar staff are always amazing. Stoped in today (2/8/25). We both had the smashed sliders. They were great get them while you can!

Poor service; cold food. You can't boast housemade Mac and cheese and serve what they serve. Tasted like nothing. I won't recommend or go back.

I have never written a review before but thought that this experience was worthy of a mention. We went to block brewery in Brighton with a large group for my nieces birthday. We were very patient with the waiter as he tried to figure tout the bills at the end of our service. My brother noticed that he was charged for an item that was never brought to the table after repeatedly asking the waiter if that item was coming. He ultimately asked for the item to be taken off the bill as we were all finished eating and were ready to go. The manager then came to our table and insisted that the item was brought to the table and that she “saw it on the tray” so she knew that we received it. Nobody at our table received the item. She continues to argue and say the “the customer is not always right” and said that she doesn’t appreciate “being talked to that way”. Nobody in our party was rude or inconsiderate. We were all very patient and kind and thankful for the service we received. I have never been to an establishment where guests were accused of lying or manipulating a situation. It was very uncomfortable and accusatory and we will not be returning to block brewery.

Being in the business I'm not one to complain, but the lack of accountability and poor service was too much to ignore. Our visit began great. We had a larger reservation (13 of us). You could tell the server got busy at some point, and our party was quickly put on the back burner. I personally pre bussed our tables and everytime the server came in he simply grabbed the stacks I set off to another table away without asking if anyone in the party needed anything multiple times. Leaving us having to wave/bark at him with our needs/refills/etc. My boyfriend and I ordered food that never showed. A part of the party that ordered food after us recieved theirs and that's how we realized we were missed. When we questioned what was going on the server responded with "he probably forgot to put it in". Our entire party ate their entire meal & cashed out before the server came back to our table to even tell us what was really going on. He put our food in for Togo, did not accommodate us for the inconvenience in any way, shape, or form. We paid full price! Zero form of compensation for our time, experience, & wasted/ruined time. Then had to take our carryout on a 45 minute car ride home, hungry, after spending time with our family there for 3 hours. I'm sure you could imagine the quality of the food by the time I got home which i only blame on them because that was not the intent going in. As a person/manager in could never imagine! Shame on them.

Way over priced and under quality. Paid 18$ for nachos that were supposed to be a meal and barely qualified as an appetizer. Prices way too high for what you get. Customer service was good.

Manager accused all 15 of us of lying

My food was just okay, I got the salmon. My cider wasn't that great, it just tasted like vinegar. Everything was going fine with our dinner until the bills came around. My aunt had been asking for her $11 fries that she ordered that had not yet come. I was not sitting by them so I don't know all the details but when the bill came around all they did was give them a discount instead of removing the fries that had never come. We are a polite family and were surprised to see the fries still on the bill. Eventually the manager (a blonde lady) comes out with the server and accuses all 15 of us of lying by saying she definitely knew our fries came out. I have never had any service member accuse me, let alone 14 others, of lying. We expressed our shock and said we were not going to be coming back and the manager replied, "well, we're fine with that." All we wanted to do was get the fries or get them taken off the bill. We don't really mind that they never came, stuff happens, but don't still charge us for them and accuse all of us of lying. If they would have said, "I'm sorry your fries didn't come, we removed them from your bill" we would have probably come back again sometime. We didn't even make a fuss or mention when the bills were messed up (if I was in charge of our hangout, I would have just asked for one bill for all of us to make it easier on servers, but such is life). My underage cousin even had alcohol on her bill. All of our bills were mixed up.

Greatest experience of my life, the cooks really know how to make a pizza, and the bartender was very nice, the girl one. and don’t even get me started on management, Sabrina was very nice. 10/10 recommend

They have a good gluten free selection. I got BBQ pizza and it was really good!
