The wife and I stopped into Bourbons on a Friday night after a long day of travel back from the West coast. First of all-it was PACKED! We used the online reservation and I’m glad we did. The hostess was kind, pleasant and accommodating. I was not made to feel like a nuisance, even though we arrived 40 minutes before our online stated reservation. Once seated, our server was prompt and professional. The food came out quickly and met or exceeded all expectations. We ordered a burger and the Nashville hot chicken. 5 stars across the board! In a world where restaurants are trying to be fancy and charge a premium, only to leave you feeling like you didn’t get what you paid for…Bourbons delivered.

The experience here started out a bit...rough. I made a reservation for 7:00 on Saturday night as I figured they'd be busy. Busy is an understatement - 7:00 on a Saturday is sheer insanity and we weren't seated until 7:45 as the previous parties just wouldn't take the hint that it was time to go. I don't even want to know how long the wait is without a reservation. HOWEVER... In the end, the wait was worth it. The service was prompt and attentive, and the food made my entire group very, very happy. The bourbon list is extensive, and the cocktails were excellent. It's not a quiet place, nor is it a peaceful place - it's loud, energetic, and full of personality. I'll most certainly be coming back, but will probably visit on a Wednesday instead. ;)

Shane is the best!!! Have had him at least 3 times now and he is the nicest and best. Love bourbons and will continue coming back each year for every special event.

We love Bourbon's as our local go-to place. The food and drinks are consistently very good. It can be quite loud at times but that's because so many other people want to be there. ;)

It was nice that with putting in a reservation we were able to be seated right away since brunch is a very large crowd at bourbon's. Our server was fun, polite and attentive. My friend had crab egg Benedict which was on special and I just did breakfast my way. The food and drinks were great

Over all, it was a great experience and we would return, however, check in was a bit muddled and chaotic, the hostesses didn't really seem to have a great handle on things, our waitress was very attentive, but seemed to rush us a bit when taking our order.

very efficient operation, great food, back of the house is spot on with their support, busing of tables and turning things over.. This place is a model for great food and staff efficiency.

The drinks ordered (coke) were bad, sent back and got the same. After they dug deeper they found that Coke Zero replaced the coke because they did not have any coke. When food was received proteins were warm but all other items were border line cold.

Lovely brunch experience! Had the Crepe as an appetizer and it was amazing! The bourbon Bloody Mary is an excellent choice, if you're a bourbon lover.
Food was absolutely amazing! Fast, incredible service! We had a reservation for 6pm and were seated at 6:15. It was extra busy due to an event in downtown Brighton. Staff were all pleasant even under the stressful circumstances.

Being a Saturday night, it was very busy and somewhat loud. My date and I both felt the food was very good, and the price was reasonable.

We've been here numerous times but this experience was very negative. We had to wait 10 minutes after our scheduled reservation time even though we arrived 20 minutes early. LARRY SHOULD NOT BE A SERVER. He seems nice but doesn't have the skill set to be a server. Removing food and drinks before they were gone. He would appear mad when he tried to get us to order things he suggested without us asking. The bus staff also tried to take items off the table when we weren't finished. I don't think our total time at the table was over 45 minutes and we felt pushed to leave even though we were well under the time frame and we were still ordering. Then when I asked for a manager, all the hostesses said together, we all are managers. It's unfortunate because we like this restaurant but after this experience it leaves a very bad vibe.

Met friends for a birthday celebration. Hostess and wait staff immediately acknowledged the event and made the birthday girl feel special. Generous portions. Mashed sweet potato's were the highlight.
