We came in as a family (party of 8). The service was very slow and it was incredibly loud. Food was good - but it most definitely was not an environment to chat and catch up and have expedited service. It took an incredibly long time to get drinks (2 bloody marys and 1 margarita) that we only ordered 1 round. Menu knowledge was average especially on the brunch specials so we just ordered in hopes that we like it! Food overall was good - would probably go elsewhere in the future...
We've been to Bourbons a couple times but yesterday was unlike any other! It was the Boots and Beats festival so we made a reservation because we knew they would be busy. Our server, Tyler, never missed a beat. He was so outgoing, friendly, and have some really awesome recommendations. We got the pop belly tips, french dip, and Mac n cheese (with Nashville hot chicken) all of which were delicious. I recommend the French dip! Thank you Tyler for making our experience a 10/10!
We have had the best southern inspired meal at Bourbons. All of the recommendations by the spectacular server, Amanda, were perfect! Buttermilk fried chicken, corn chowder and the creamiest grits were so tasty. We have eaten outside Nashville at a Guy Fieri recommended restaurant with southern food and Bourbons was just as good!!! Prices were not crazy and proportions were ideal! We were seated 10 minutes after our reservation time but food and great service were immediate. Amanda...
