The wife and I stopped into Bourbons on a Friday night after a long day of travel back from the West coast. First of all-it was PACKED! We used the online reservation and I’m glad we did. The hostess was kind, pleasant and accommodating. I was not made to feel like a nuisance, even though we arrived 40 minutes before our online stated reservation. Once seated, our server was prompt and professional. The food came out quickly and met or exceeded all expectations. We ordered...
The experience here started out a bit...rough. I made a reservation for 7:00 on Saturday night as I figured they'd be busy. Busy is an understatement - 7:00 on a Saturday is sheer insanity and we weren't seated until 7:45 as the previous parties just wouldn't take the hint that it was time to go. I don't even want to know how long the wait is without a reservation. HOWEVER... In the end, the wait was worth it. The service was prompt and attentive, and the food...
We love Bourbon's as our local go-to place. The food and drinks are consistently very good. It can be quite loud at times but that's because so many other people want to be there. ;)
