This wrap was $3.79 and yes, that’s a nickle. I don’t know how this place remains in business between the 15min wait when no one’s in line, and this.

I went to Burger King in Brighton on May 7th. I should also say, that I never do reviews like this…
But, I wanted to let BK know just how wonderful my experience was. The whole staff was great, but there was one particular staff member who went above and beyond.
I felt a need to post a review about my experience, so that the employees that go above and beyond get the recognition that they deserve.
When I pulled up to the window after ordering my food, I had my Chihuahua in the back, in his carseat. He gets excited when I go through drive-throughs because he knows that he is going to get some yummy treats.
The woman at the window noticed my dog barking and excited in the backseat. She told me that she thought that he was so cute. I told her that we were on our way to the park to go for a walk and then get ice cream, because it was his birthday. She asked if he was allowed to have people food. I told her absolutely! She came to the window with a piece of bacon as a treat. My dog Divino, was extremely excited!
I asked what her name was because I wanted to send a review in, to let Burger King know what a great employee she is. She told me her first name, which I can’t remember if it was Billy or Bobby (forgive me). 🤦🏻♀️ However, I do for sure know that she goes by B.J. (for short).
B.J. set the tone for such a beautiful evening! So thank you B.J. and BK!! 👍🏼 It is rare these days, to see such kind people that genuinely enjoy their job and love making the customers smile. 😊
So, to BK in Brighton…Thank you for hiring B.J.! She is amazing!!!
I will be sure to choose BK in Brighton every time now.

Not open at 6:00 am
Pulled up to the speaker to pick up a delivery order right as the tornado sirens went off. I asked if they would let me inside to ride out the tornado and the woman said no, that they didn’t even want to be there. I pulled up to the window while I tried to figure out where I could go and when the woman handed me the order, she actually said to be safe and not blow away. You know what would help with that? Letting me inside since there was a FREAKING TORNADO! The only thing that could make this terrible place better is if it shut down.

The employees seem rude, angry and incompetent. I don't trust the food coming from the people that I interacted with and watched interact with others. People were getting upset that their menu was showing the lunch menu yet they wouldn't take lunch orders, instead they kept saying they're waiting for breakfast to run out. The visit was very chaotic. I can't recommend this restaurant.

Used to come here all the time but now I’m done. I drive up at 9:20 AM and they are closed. I asked the lady why they’re closed and she proceeds to give me attitude like I’m some kind of idiot. Congratulations you have just lost a customer.

Ordered on the mobile app per usual, and then I showed up and they had the drive through blocked with cones with no signs, so I went in the lobby which was unlocked with no signs about being closed.
No employees were visible, just a few contractors doing something else. They were nice enough to go get an employee or manager, who came out and was unapologetic and dismissive. Said they were closed and couldn't do anything to refund or help me out, and that I had to go figure it out on the app.
Just doordashed from here. They forgot 2 items and I’ve been trying to call and no one answers 🙃
