Used to come here all the time but now I’m done. I drive up at 9:20 AM and they are closed. I asked the lady why they’re closed and she proceeds to give me attitude like I’m some kind of idiot. Congratulations you have just lost a customer.

Ordered on the mobile app per usual, and then I showed up and they had the drive through blocked with cones with no signs, so I went in the lobby which was unlocked with no signs about being closed.
No employees were visible, just a few contractors doing something else. They were nice enough to go get an employee or manager, who came out and was unapologetic and dismissive. Said they were closed and couldn't do anything to refund or help me out, and that I had to go figure it out on the app.

Had to wait at drive through for food and finally got the 2 cheeseburgers and they were ice cold. Just kept my pop and handed the cheeseburgers back. They can keep my money but I’ll never go back. Hopefully this can save someone else from going. It’s disgusting. And they don’t care at all.

Major Improvment ,flame broiled burger tastes like they use to. Ingredients were very fresh including fresh pickeles that snap when you bite them.They even changed the wraping ,holdes burger firmer instead of getting smashed food.

Burger King definitely on a comeback.... Service was super friendly, the fries and the burger and a chicken sandwich were all fresh and hot and great. And they had both drive-thru windows open. I can't remember the last time I seen a restaurant actually operating the first drive-thru window. Mad props.

When you point out there was a miscommunication and you'd like your order correct before you got it and the employee wants to tell you you should have said something sooner? Tried to but it helps when employees don't ignore the front counter on a regular

I didn't realize my burgers didn't have cheese when ordering so I called burger king to ask if they wouldn't mind just adding it to which they said no. Then my dasher asked them and they were extremely rude, it's the manager on staff 12/16 - 9:15pm. I called and complained to which the "manager" answered the phone and didn't help whatsoever. Unbelievable.
