Avoid this place if you want all of your food in the bag and if you order no tomatoes, you will get extra tomatoes. I go here once a week before band practice and the normal time in the drive thru is about 8 to 10 minutes per car. They raised the min wage so they pay them more and to offset the cost, they cit the staff in half.

Went on Whopper Wednesday got one Whopper meal that was supposed to be $5.99 and two extra Whoppers that was only supposed to be 4 bucks each and they charge me $28 you do the math that don't add up. After I noticed they did nothing to fix it

Got my order and was shorted my drinks for the kids meals I ordered ... I tried to go inside the store to get them instead of going back through the drive through. The doors were locked even though it was only 7 and the lobby is supposed to be open til 10 (posted on the door) the workers inside looked at me, laughed and then ignored me. So it was then time to go to the drive through again... instead of apologizing and telling me to drive to the front of the store so they could run the drinks out I had to wait in line again for another 15 minutes. Now I have cold food. Oh also the store wont answer the phone. They just reject the calls

I gonna take this Burger King location location seriously just like the one in Howell MI I would not eat at the Brighton location either that I suggest you people in livingston county take the food seriously at the Brighton Burger King location as well.

I'm pretty much done with all Burger Kings as they can never get any order right no matter where I go. You can complain to corporate and ask them to call you back and they suck and don't do it either.

Honestly how hard is it when someone places an order for two sandwiches to place two physical sandwiches in a bag yet they seem to screw it up all the time.
