I had Sarah Prain as my waitress. She is very kind and polite. She runs at 100mph and never stops working, but always takes time to attend to her tables.
Management is always walking around with a smile and engaging with customers. I see this every time I eat here.

My husband and I just ate at this location. My husband was trying to review on the table checkout computer. He was unable to complete it because it timed out. We felt it absolutely necessary to take the time to make sure you know how great our waiter Trevor was! It was very busy at the time and we watched him handle large groups with smiles, great communication and speed! We would like to note that we could tell there was alot of teamwork! Well done to the staff and managment!
Got the $30 ribeye and it was a very big disappointment, never have I ever got a ribeye and not finished it, not sure what they did I get my steaks medium and this steak was more tuff then a skirt steak, needless to say if I ever go back to this location I’ll probably get appetizers.

Service has been iffy every time we come here. Servers are nice. But the timeliness, efficiency of their service is hit or miss. Came here a few months ago, server dropped off our drinks, took our order and didn't see her again until we were almost done eating. Someone else ran our food and we were missing a few items, but no one came back to check on us until we needed boxes. Last night we went and the server had been cut, so he was a little insistent on leaving, which I also get. But it came off a little pushy, although I'm positive that wasn't his intentions. Overall. Food was good. Came out quickly, restaurant appeared to be clean. As a server myself I think there should be better protocol/dialogue for when a server is cut and is trying to leave whilst you're still dining. It wasn't offensive. Just came off in a way that made it seem like we were over staying our welcome. That's all.

My fiancé and I came in today around 3pm and our server was extremely attentive and kind. She took great care of us. Please let her know she is appreciated! She is really a great server. And the food was of course delicious- my favorite being the honey-chipotle mozzarella sticks! We will come back to this location next time we're in the mood for some Chili's! 😋
