i’m a regular at this chipotle i get it multiple times a week for lunch and i have never had an experience like this. Usually the service is slow and the people are nice for the most part but nothing horrible. Today i got a burrito for lunch and it wasn’t even folded (pictured) the food was spilling out and absolutely horrible so i went back inside to ask them to remake it usually i would never and would have just eaten it and gone on with my day but it was that bad so i went back inside and kindly asked the man to remake it and he didn’t even look at the food and said i was being dramatic i asked him again if it would be okay to remake and he did basically threw the burrito into my hands gave me no bag or anything. i have never left a bad review before but this was the worst service ive ever had i understand that this location is unstaffed and overall rough but to call me dramatic. absolutely ridiculous

Is it me? Why does this Chipotle say they have stir fry vegetables but they really don’t? There is a tray with possible remnants of stir fry vegetables from the past, but sigh they are never there. The VERY elusive fake menu item, phantom stir fry veggies. CHIPOTLE listen to me, take this item off your menu, quit teasing your patrons. I am now a past patron & will never return…unless you either actually have what you say, or take the veggies off your menu. Qdoba is my new place.

I wish they had a mini bowl or a smaller size. The day I came the front door wasn't working so that was annoying but the food was fine. The dining room wasn't dirty but wasn't clean. Just needed a little more attention especially after a rush of customers. I had a burrito bowl and a drink and it was $17. I thought that was pretty steep. Won't be coming back.

Something new every time I come. Today there's no forks or spoons and not one of the eight employees is going to go to Meijer across the street to get some. People in here actually eating bowls with their hands ☠️

I’m sorry- I rarely complain, but this has got to the worst chipotle out of all the chipotle’s. In the whole world. There has never been a single time I’ve gone here and they have everything I want. They are *always* out of something… no veggies, no chicken, no queso, no something. It’s annoying, but I’ve come to expect it. Today though, I drive the 23 minute drive and when I get there the lady at the counter greets me and says “hi! Sorry our front counter is closed.” I asked her what she meant… She said if I wanted to order food I’d have to sit there, order online, and wait. There were no other customers in the store and at least 4 people standing there working. It wasn’t a power issue. They just didn’t want to take my order in person? This is the second time this has happened there. So, I sat down with 4 kids to order online, but their WiFi was awful, and it was taking forever. So, we ended up going to the other taco place down the road. I’ve just honestly never encountered another restaurant that was constantly out of food and not wanting to take orders. I like their food, but I think I’ve finally given up on this location.

Absolutely awful customer service. They were out of food items, but it was not posted anywhere, and I had already started my order. I was given an attitude for asking for a side of guac, and rice without cilantro. I apologize but I thought that was what they were there for, since they were WORKING?!? Awful experience all around. Zero stars. Do not recommend.

Terrible! Got take out a month prior and they didn't pack 1/3 of the order. This time the beef was tough a inedible. The chicken was completely dry and burnt.
This is by far the worst location. Which is sad given it is in Brighton. They never have any meat made, today even the white rice was out. When you want a chicken bowl, you have to resort to another meat and still have to pay the higher price. Corporate and the owner need to get this location back to normal. Several time we have came and they said we can’t make orders via in store orders, you have to order online. Like what difference does it make? Once the store was just closed as they had too many call offs. Too many times we have gone and the meat has been out. The dinning area is never clean.
Cleanup the restaurant and start recruiting.

This location has become such a disaster. Dirty. Food quality poor. Never have drinks stocked. Always running out of cups or lids to provide their service adequately. Really unfortunate. Who is managing this place?

So This Lady was making Us Mad When The lady asked my mom if she wanted a drink, and it came with one. Then she decides to roll her eyes at her, my dad, me, and my brother were ticked. The other workers were actually decently nice it was just the one lady, definetly try to avoid this person, she is very unkind. Food was actually not that bad for my first time being there. Again, the one lady was such a smart alick. Dont really recommend coming here. Also the locks on the bathroom doors didnt work and all the tables had leftover bits of food from other people except for one. So if you think about coming here especially with family, i recommend you dont.

The staff is nice, but they were very limited in the food that was available around 5pm on a Friday. The store only had a little steak , no chicken and limited sides. Would return, but have low expectations. I’ve ordered online around the same time and have had to contact support to get money back due to not all food being available.
