I just received a delivery order from this location, everything is EXTREMELY cross contaminated, I myself have a eating disorder called arfid and my brother has a bad allergy to dairy, I ordered a kids meal and guacamole they we where sharing just for something light for the 2 of us and there was cheese in the guacamole, I’m not just talking about a single piece I’m talking like a good tablespoons worth minimum, also the kids meal we just put brown rice, chicken, and the tortillas, no cheese, or anything else, there was other food mixed into the food we ordered witch was disgusting to both of us, we both where unable to eat it and it was thrown away

This was honestly the worst chipotle I have ever been to. People were so rude and the portion sizes were horrible. A 4 year old can eat as much food as I got. For 12 dollars I got about 5 dollars worth of food. Fix ur portion sizes and get better workers!

Don't usually do reviews; but my bowl was extremely slim. My bowl did not even fill up a quarter of the way!! On top of that; they were dusting along with the manager, what seemed to me as belittling an employee and pitching a fit. They do not even replace gloves after touching the checkout screen and cleaning items off the floor. Worse chipotle I have even been at. DO NOT GO!

Avoid this location. ESPECIALLY if you're using online ordering. They're incredibly inconsistent in everything except for the fact they're inconsistent. In the last couple years out of maybe 20 orders, we got veggies on exactly one order (it was supposed to be on all of them). The online order has been ready by the estimated time exactly once. I always request half cheese and half sour cream. I've probably only received that twice. One might get half but the other will either seem like a double or none.
While waiting for the online order to be ready... It's usually either watching the empty counter that they use for online orders, watching the slowest employee in the world do one ingredient, walk away, come back and do another, walk away, do another. (They weren't refilling stuff... Just disappearing).
Or in one case the guy doing online orders stopped when an ex employee came in (that was fired a few months before as per their conversation) and talked with them while someone else made the order. My order ended up being 40 minutes later than estimated and there were several other people waiting. Then apologized for it taking so long when he finally handed me my order as if I didn't hear the last 30 minutes of conversation. I wish I was exaggerating. Pretty sure he quit shortly after (that was part of the conversation...)
Anyways. I'm including a picture of what today's order looked like. (Order was white rice, black beans, carnitas, light salsa, light SC, light cheese, lettuce. This is what I got. (The 2nd meal ordered requested veggies and got none). Pretty sure it was still fully cooked, but it didn't taste very good.
If this was the first time I've been to chipotle, I'd never even think about going to another one ever again. It's very unlikely I'll ever go to this location after today. I've been dealing with the crappy service for a while because it's a convenient location.

Hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The place was a mess, they were out of multiple ingredients, and the portions were so skimpy it felt like there was a government-mandated ration in place. Even after asking for extra rice, I got basically nothing. Staff acted annoyed for even asking. Finished my bowl still hungry and had to go next door to actually eat. Complete waste of money. Never again.

Could tell by the look of the servers face that we made a mistake going there. The way she talked to the little boy ahead of us was our tip off. Had her make our meal, half way thru between the eye roll and how she thru our food together we left.

This location was filthy with rude employees the past two times I was there. The cashier was awful.

Seems very unsanitary! You can see the kitchen and prep area behind the counter. Surfaces were NOT clean. Several employees had long hair, some had beards, with NO hairnets at all. No one was wearing gloves to handle food. One guy was yelling at the others and bossing them around. Health wise, it did not seem like a sanity place to eat, in spite of the limited-time 2 for 1 deal (maybe that’s why the line was so long). When we got to the lead of the line, they were out of steak asada, black beans, brown rice and four other menu items. We left.

Why do all the workers here just loaf around when there’s literally a million things that could be getting done?!? I had to go here for my brother, I refuse to choose to go here. I’m not a review gal but doggone this place is terrible.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. I should have known because the counters were so dirty. I should have trusted my brain and not my gut. Plus the long haired dude needs to chill out a little. I didn’t know drill sergeants worked at chipotle.
