When going to the gas station to fill up my car, someone came over and said because I have a large tank and my car takes premium fuel, they had to "time it"... the gentleman rudely stopped me getting gas, pumped some gas in my tank and timed it, stopped (didn't finish fueling my car), and walked away. I told him I didn't want him to do this and to leave me alone - it was creepy - and afterwords when I complained again he told me "then don't come on Monday". Terrible customer service and a creeper employee.

I love this Costco. The store is clean and the staff is helpful. I appreciate that they enforce mask requirements when It's mandated Goods are much better quality than some other stores. The return policy is the best! I think negative reviews are mostly fake reviews from anti maskers.

I am a Senior citizen member of Costco, and usually shop at the Green Oak Township, Michigan store. It was my understanding that they have "Senior Hour" on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-10am every week, which makes me feel better about shopping with the recent upswing of Covid in Michigan. I was at that store location this morning at 9am, standing at the door in the return line, and witnessed many young people without masks coming into the store. What is the point of having just one hour for seniors if you are going to allow anyone to shop???? I was going to shop in the store after returning my item, but turned around and walked out instead. I will shop at Kroger from now on. Kroger allows online orders delivered to your car the same day.
Costco's. Green Oak townships' great staff consistently working hard and assisting customers like me. They truly care about their customers. Every level of their employees in each department work hard to give the customer the best shopping experience.

I am so sick and tired of shopping at Costco. Their produce snowflake sucks. I don't know who does their buying but whomever it is should be fired. I am tired of returning to the store to return rotten fruit. Also their eggs are never large they are medium at best. They have some good cashier's but by and large the employees there rarely have time/desire to help. It used to be pretty easy find some good deals to make it worth while shopping there but they are getting fewer and farther apart. If you do your homework and really compare prices in sure you'll come to the same conclusion. Now that I've written it, I guess I'll be cutting up my card.

Pharmacy is great! Meat is awesome! Love the bakery! Most of the staff are great. Not really crazy about ladies at the front desk. They can be snippy. It's not all of them and not all the time.
