I’ve ordered from this location several times before (around my fifth visit) and never had any major issues — the food was decent, and overall it had been a fine experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit (a few weeks ago) completely changed my opinion. I encountered one of the rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with — the customer service was awful.

I’m a loyal customer when treated well, but this experience was enough to lose me. Consistency and kindness go a long way, and unfortunately, this location missed the mark.

I’m disappointed by the owner’s inaccurate and unprofessional response. To clarify: I never threw food or shouted obscenities. I was polite and calm — even said “excuse me” several times while waiting to be acknowledged. The issue was never about the food itself, but about how rudely the situation was handled.

If there truly is video footage, I encourage the owner to review it in full, including the part where I stood waiting patiently before being dismissed mid-conversation. Fabricating a story instead of addressing a customer’s concern respectfully only further proves the lack of professionalism I experienced that day.

Tried to patronize this business. Sitting outside at brewery Becker where they’re takeout friendly and had the cottage inn delivery guy stop at the table next to us. We got a whiff of the pizza and decided that sounded good. Gave them a call and the guy who answered the phone couldn’t accept Brewery Becker as the delivery location and needed an address. Well my phone was to my ear so I couldn’t look it up and said his delivery person was right in front of me which he was. Cottage Inn guy laughed at me and said I still need an address. Can’t vouch for this locations food either way. I can say that they’re not interested in making things happen.

Second time in a row they gave me the wrong order. Going to Gus' from now on.

Always fresh and on time. They make sure to do my rewards as well every time. Drivers are always friendly and make sure everything is with them when they arrive.
