You checked my bag but your reviewer said my biscuits were in the bag but none were provided. While a review of to go orders must be done to ensure proper proportions and quality of product. It also must be factual or it is a detriment. So either your employee lied about checking my order or did it prior to packing the bag and left my biscuits out. Either way I was left without my full meal and with less than I paid for. Your food quality has gone down enough without you also stealing from me!

We are regulars for this locations and is always good, even when is packed in a Sunday night. Employees do their best, we recently had a pick up order and there was a mistake on my side with the pick up time, which they solve in a heartbeat. Awesome

Despite not eating at a Cracker Barrel in many many years we decided to try their “heat and serve” catering menu for Christmas Day this year and honestly were pleasantly surprised at how great all the food tasted! We did both the Holiday Ham Feast and the Prime Rib, which included a variety of sides, sauces, rolls and desserts. The ham was juicy and came with a tasty glaze and the prime rib was tender and delicious (and smelled sooo good cooking!). The mashed potatoes were creamy and fluffy and perfectly seasoned (as was all the food - nothing was bland and nothing was over-salted). The stuffing was perfectly moist w/o being “wet”, GREAT mac&cheese, and green beans were okay (just a little soft for our taste). The prime rib came with both au jus and a horseradish sauce and there was gravy for the mashed potatoes & stuffing; and again, all were delicious, seasoned right, proper texture, etc. The pies looked great but several guests brought dessert so we donated them to our church the next day.

I ordered hoping for the best, I am now a very satisfied customer who will happily use CB Catering again - and will even get back into their restaurants for a meal.

I have visited Cracker barrel at the Brighton Michigan location many times and it has always been a great experience 👍🏼 warm fire place. Good quality yummy food! Kind staff! Of course you have to go through the Country Store to enter and exit the restaurant, in hopes you might impulse buy.
The food is comfort food, you really can't go wrong. The tables have the traditional triangle peg game.
