It's winter and it was snowing out and you have the stinking ceiling fans on 24/7 freezing out your customers! The quality of the food was poor. We used to love Cracker Barrel, but no longer since 2021.Consistently going downhill in general. Very sad. Blaming the top management for their poor corporate decisions. Go Woke go Broke!

Visited retail store only. All was well organized, displays were neat and tidy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The floors closest to the restaurant entryway were sticky. Our last experience dining (several months ago) was sticky tables and floors, and un-bused tables with trash all around them on the floors. We felt if that’s how the dining area appeared, then the kitchen must be horrible. We lost our appetite and haven’t been back to eat since. It’s a shame, too, because we love Cracker Barrel.Parking: Plenty of parking around entire restaurant. Lot itself is in disrepair. Watch out for the huge holes.
