Great crew and awesome desserts! Please try this Novi location as they do an excellent job producing top tier enjoyable goodies.The most important thing that I can share is that you get your order in early. Don't wait!
Do not pre-order and pay for your cookies at this location. We called when this location opened and verified they had the cookies we wanted. We were then instructed to pre-order from the website which we did immediately. We recieved a receipt and drove an hour to go get them. When we got there, we were told they sold them. They do not honor their pre-sold orders. Bad form. Update: The young lady at the cash register was apologetic and showed true empathy and offered free...
Customer service is definitely lacking. Came in today to get cookies for my daughters birthday. I let my daughter (14) chose what she wanted. The girl at the register was immediately annoyed. She kept making comments to the other staff about us not knowing what we wanted. She was not subtle about it either. I even apologized about how I was used to going to stores with the kiosk (so the kids taking time for a decision has never been an issue, it was also a last minute fun surprise...
