Ordered kids vanilla with sprinkles in a cup. Got a twisted with sprinkles in a cone. And when I asked for a cup they took the cone back and put it in a cup and gave it to me.

The Brighton DQ location is absolutely superb in both staff attentiveness and quality of their desserts. I have seen cars backed up into the middle of the road, with the staff patiently making sure that they move as quickly as possible, and with nearly 0 error. It is truly impressive

Ordered through Door Dash. Asked for chocolate ice cream in a blizzard and got vanilla. Look at the picture of the receipt. Could it be any more clear? I rarely get ice cream and this was disappointing. Do better
Ordered the Turtle Pecan blizzard and all it had in it was vanilla ice cream and a little bit of chocolate. This is not what it is supposed to be. I'm super disappointed!!

I took the grandkids here for Dilly Bars. The economy has greatly impacted the price and size of the bars. However, the smile on the kids' faces made it all worthwhile. To be fair, I will note I asked for a Buster Bar for me and received a package labeled Buster Bar, but received a Dilly Bar, but was charged for a Busyer Bar.

This DQ location is not clean and slow service! We were a group of 6 and all of us had varying sizes for the same order. Small portions for a higher price than other Dairy Queen stores. $3.98 for a small sundae cup and minimal topping.. will not be a returning customer!
