Apparently the dunkin of Brighton doesn’t recognize the importance of nurses. Dunkin announced that may 6 for national nurses day they will be giving out free coffee with proof of your badge. AWESOME I love dunkin coffee that’s where I’m going on my way into work. HA nope. They had no clue what I was talking about. I even pull the email from my Dunkin rewards and showed them and they said sorry we won’t accept that with Attitude. You will see me licking a bar bathroom floor before you ever see me eating at the Brighton Dunkin again

Let me preface this by saying I spend a good deal of money at Dunkin. This location will no longer get any of that. I asked for light ice in my daughter's matcha latte and they asked if I wanted to spend an extra dollar to fill it the rest of the way up because if I didn't it would be short. Are you kidding me?! It's a $5.00+ drink. And you want to up charge me because you already put waaaaay too much ice in there as it is? Should I deduct money from what I owe you if you go way past the ice line on the drink cup? Is that how we wanna do this? Never again.
Worst ..drive thru doesn’t know how to remember an order or what I even ordered even tho no one was in the line my drink wasn’t correct and I was about to only get handed a drink I paid 15 dollar for supobly when I was missing my food …staff needs to do a drug background check fr💯

The manager named Courtney (slender woman with faded red dyed hair) is the meanest rudest person ever. While eating my donuts and having a refresher I could hear her bossing everyone around as if they were children that don't know anything. Even heard her twice say, "none of us get breaks!" It's federal law to give breaks to employees including over 18 years of age if they work for 6 hours or more, so this manager clearly doesn't care about their employees or whether even customers see it.
Parking: Location does not even have their own bathrooms, you have to use the bathrooms of the gas station.

12/12/2024 9:20am came through The drive-thru today to get myself an iced coffee for my wife and I and when ordering our drinks we both ask for less ice. We were then informed after we order a drink that less ice is a $0.50 up charge. When I came to the window to collect our drinks I asked the girl politely why I was getting charged 50 cents for less size when I never did before and she rudely told me it's now company policy to do so and was very condescending about it. She was looking for a fight. The girl who is working to drive through, I did not catch her name but she did have faded colored hair. I've been going to this location for quite a while now and have never been charged for less ice. When I checked the app to see if it would charge me for less ice IT DID NOT. I can care less about being charged about the less ice but I care more about how I was treated by the girl at the drive-thru and how I was talk to. This is not okay.

Very friendly staff and very quick. The only reason I rated so low was upon waiting to get served I say one of the girls behing the counter help a young kid and looked like she got fudge on her fingers. She licked her fingers and then helped another customer right before me without washing her hands. . I ended up walking out and not get ice cream

Sad , got home , ready to drink my hot coca, opened the sippy part of the lid and could obviously see that my cup is not filled with the Delicious Hot cocoa. Order a medium, didn't know I was actually getting a small. Very saddening
