I have been getting this Elderberry syrup for 3 or more years now. It has literally kept mine and my husband’s allergies at bay, as well as giving us a great health boost. I placed an order and it got lost, or something happened that I didn't received it so I went on and email Vanessa and she was quick to answer and told me she would resend me my order again but I said I'm out of my flu I'll just cancel it and email her again and told her just send me a refund, so you know what she did she send me a refund and my full order, like who does that (love it) and the one also enjoying the elderberry syrup is my 3.5 yr old son.
