Did not get our order correct. Called the manager to report the mistake. She was no help. She said since the receipt didn’t reflect what we ordered she couldn’t fix it. So the guy that rang it up screwed up we paid for food we couldn’t eat. Can’t imagine a manager not offering to make it right. Customer service is severely lacking. I am a regular customer who comes in about once every 1-2 weeks for the same order every time. Me and my girlfriend always ask for the dressing on the side. When I have asked several different employees for more than one barely filled Italian dressing on the side I am bluntly told no, with no explanation. I have offered on several occasions to pay for extra and told I can’t do that with again no explanation. On one occasion I was told by an employee well that’s enough for a large, does not matter if you think it’s enough some people like more sauce than others you make great dressing why would I not want more? I just ordered 2 large sandwiches and will leave a photo of the sauce I got. Now how is this enough for a 12 inch sandwich? Even an explanation would be better than nothing and the pour excuse you call customer service.

This was my second visit to Firehouse Subs. Both visits we were very satisfied. Each time I’ve ordered hot subs, and I’d say these are the best hot subs I’ve had from a sub shop. I recommend the Hook and Ladder, and the New York Steamer. The pickle that comes with the sub is, hands down, the best dill pickle I’ve ever had.The restaurant staff were friendly, and the wait time was short. The facility was clean as well.

Decent food but you guys seriously need to stop playing jenga with the carry out orders a $50 meal on the floor because you jammed it all in one bag that happened to tear when moving it from the kitchen to the dinner table because it's over weight.

Ordered a 4 inch sub that apparently takes 20 minutes to make with an empty lobby. Manager Ashley is full of excuses and does not care. Very poor service would not recommend
