The food was good but the price on the menu was incorrect and was not honored. When I asked about it I was told that the wrong menu was displayed. Bad customer service at the GM Flint site.

Hallboy BBQ catered our wedding and came out with the food truck (part of our theme). It was absolutely AMAZING. Portions were great, options were great (we did the full food truck menu). I’ve never had so many people just point down at their plates and give me a thumbs up in my life haha.
The team was so amazing, they also did cleanup and collected plates which was SO appreciated and made the cleanup at the end of the night seamless.
I couldn’t thank them enough. 100% if you’re looking for a BBQ vendor these are your people!!

Some of the most bland, over-salted, uninspired BBQ. Plus, it was served warm. You can get better meat at Dickie's.
The baked beans are from a can with nothing added. Again, served warm. The cornbread was cake; clearly out of a wrapper.
I think this place just heats up Sysco slop and tries to pass it off as legitimate BBQ. I'm not even going to mention where we were served out of respect for the establishment that scheduled the food truck.

We used them to cater at private party. They were great with communication during the plan phase. They were on time for setup and food was excellent. Our guests enjoyed the food and had lots of compliments about the quality of meats and sides.

The pulled chicken sandwich was smoky and very flavorful with just the right amount of BBQ sauce on a delicious bun. I had the potato salad as my side. Let's just say it was the best potato salad I have ever eaten.

We hired Hall boy for my dads 75th birthday party on August 2. And I cannot say ENOUGH ABOUT how GOOD the FOOD is. Like seriously good! I think we’re pretty picky too and there wasn’t anything served that we didn’t care for. The green beans taste like grandma made. The ribs fell off the bone. The mac & cheese is some of the best Catered mac & cheese I’ve ever tasted. Pulled chicken moist and flavorful.. but the BRISKET!!! I could eat half a pan !! Just how you want it ..smoky tender and melt in your mouth!! We are definitely keeping them for future events.

Food was very cool. Wife could not eat it. I ate the cold pulled pork but will regret it. These food trucks must understand proper hot holding! I am sure they get ppl sick. I did not want money back but to tell her to get her other orders to temp. She just stared confused!? I am in the restaurant business and wish these vendors to understand food safety.
