Hickory Smoke BBQ & Grill catered our wedding and did a fabulous job! They were very accommodating for dietary restrictions (vegetarian and gluten free). Their set up and tear down was seamless and non invasive to the rest of our event. Everyone was very happy with the variety and flavor of the food. The employees were so kind and caring with everything they said and did. When we need catering in the future, we will certainly use them again!
We ordered pulled pork, brisket, corn bread, potato casserole and salad. Everything was fabulous with tons of compliments from our guests. I’d only recommend some business cards to leave out because I kept having to tell people where the food came from! We had lots of leftovers (especially buns!). Communication was great, delivery was right on time, I’d definitely order from them again.
The food is delicious. We had buffet for 120 person wedding. They had plenty of food and even leftovers. So many compliments on the food. Julie the person I worked with was fabulous. Thank you.
