I love their food! And you get so much! They used to be dine-in but for covid went carry-out only and have never looked back. Sometimes they close early because they run out of food!

First off do not call fried rice if it's not "fried" just doused with soy sauce. Egg rolls with large wrappers never truly get cooked through. Hot and sour soup was not HOT. The Mongolian beef was the best. Quality meat but way more veg than meat. We will not be returning.

Our Honto experience has always been great over the last 5 years. Again tonight, (Friday), as usual I called in our order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. It was handed to me as walked in and paid. I got back to the house (within 10 minutes) and our Chicken and Chinese vegetables were excellent - and piping hot - as usual. The meats and vegetables are always fresh, and I have to say that their bean sprouts are the best! Never tasted better. Keep up the good work Honto.Patrick

I used to love Hontos. I downgraded thier rating from 5 stars to sadly only 1.1. They never answer their phones so u don't know if they are closed or open during reg business hours2. Restaurant looks dirty even though it's closed for dine in3. The food is terrible now. My son and I both ordered a chicken dish and the chicken was grizzly and rubbery. We couldn't eat it and threw it out.

I'm so sick of this place the service is ridiculous. Everytime I order from there their is always something wrong with my order. First time my chicken was not all the way cooked. Second time I asked for white rice and they give me fried rice. Then I go to call and tell them they messed up. Instead of solving my problem she wants to argue with me and tell me that I didn't say white I said fried. I spend way to much money to have these many problem ..it says 4.1 I have no idea how.
