Bad customer service.
My pizza keeps coming out like drowning into tomato and looking super greasy and that’s not how they used to look

We just had the rudest driver flip us off his driving was absolutely ridiculous. He should be fired old man. Merry Christmas.
Howie went above and beyond! So friendly and he helped me carry my food out to the car due it to being a large order. It made my day. Thank you!!

They seem to now have an offshore call center answering their phones. It’s very off putting.
Sad day in Brighton. No pizza, no wings, no bread sticks for my family of six. After four calls and one hour and forty minutes a manager, Angle, finally tells us our order does not exist. It may have been lost by the international call center. Her solution is... Non.

Just have to say, I moved out of town years ago, I remember eating here many times a month for years! I was in town and definitely had to stop in and get a pizza. I walked in and was welcomed with a big HOWIE DOIN!!!! I started to laugh because it felt like I was just there yesterday! I ordered my go to a large pepperoni and bacon with garlic and Cajun crust. O BOY!!!! It took me back to the days of ordering from here. The customer service was awesome! The food was absolutely delicious! If you haven't been here or it's been a while make sure to stop in, you definitely will happy! Thanks Hungry Howies and team! You guys rock!!!!
