Opened at 10, paid for lunch (2 slices and soda) at 10:13. Was told would take 10 minutes, nobody ahead of me and none came in after. At 10:51 two slices finally got done and was questioned if I had paid. The one bite I had time for was good, but spent my lunch time waiting and couldn't finish until 3 hours later. Had waited at a table, which I had to take down my own chair.

Jets square pizza is always good. Quality of the ingredients in all of these chains has gone down.
The fact is that if we could sample Jets (or Any fastfood) from the 80s/90s & compare it to today's then it would be plain as day.

Ordered through DoorDash and was mostly a pleasant experience. Pizza was not ready when the delivery driver got there (arrived 25 mins past DoorDash’s ETA), but hey—it was tasty, still warm, topped generously, and they even remembered the ranch!

I came in here to pick up an online order on Monday, October 6 at around 8:30 PM. When I arrived, the staff informed me that they didn't see it pop up, and it would take 10 minutes. 10 minutes roll by, and I go in to check. It was going to take another 6 minutes. I'm frustrated because I have another order in my car waiting to be delivered. I would definitely be wary about ordering online orders from this store on a weekday. The staff clearly lacks the awareness to see the orders, and it inconveniences everyone else when they do.

Jet's is a classic, and this is one of the better locations in Southern Michigan! Be sure to pay them a visit, and get the 8 corner pizza; they usually have deals, and it's well worth it!
