This location for Jet’s has consistently been the worst location around in the last year or so. Every single time I order things are forgotten, or wrong. Crust toppings aren’t done, wrong toppings on pizza, missing sides of ranch or bottles of pop. Sometimes I will be irritated enough to call and complain, and sometimes they will fix it. I tried calling today 30 minutes before close, and their phone system is shut down, so I have no way of talking to anyone at the store. This used to be the only location I would order from because they were always the best pizzas. Now I’m hesitant to order from them at all. Disappointing is an understatement.

The individual who answered the phone and the manager, Christian, were so helpful in correcting a glitch with ordering online! They were accommodating and understanding and really settled my nerves before a large party. Not to mention the pizza is delicious! Thanks to all for a great experience!

I grew up right by the original jets pizza, so I know what Jets should be like. I've got to say, of all the other Jets I've been to, without a doubt, Brighton makes the best, and are the only ones remind me of the original. I've only had an incident once in the 20 years I've been going here. Delivery was delayed, and pizza got cold. Not even a big deal, things happen, but Christian (manager) totally professionally took care of it.

My family usually gets the barbecue chicken pizza with Cajun crust. It's delicious. But I did want to let you know that when ordering online I didn't see a place to leave a tip. Hopefully I didn't just realize this and have forgotten to tip the driver's before ?
Christian the manager is super pleasant and went beyond his obligation to correct an issue with an order mix up we had. Jets is still one of the best pizzas in Michigan. Hands down. I called a few days before we were having a large gathering that I needed catered and spoke to Christian. He was not only so helpful in the amount that I should order but saw it all the way through up until delivery to my event. He was so kind and customer oriented! I could not give enough stars! Delivery was right on time and our pizza was perfect! Thank you to all that was involved in making our event successful. I overheard several attendees exclaim "OH MY GOODNESS, THEY HAVE JETS!
