Ordered a giant Italian sub through the drive thru with half cheese, no mayo. I was charged 2.00 for "extra cheese". Started down the road and realized there was NO MEAT on the uncut sub. $25 for just lettuce, tomato and onions. Had to turn around and go back. Will never go back to this place!

Honestly being in the business of hospitality business this may be by far the worst place to go to, asked for half no tomato told me corporate policy or nothing. Been to many other Jimmy John’s had no problem doing this they won’t have me back this is the pinnacle of the worst customer experience. I won’t be returning to this one or maybe no another Jimmy John’s in my life again food below average as well potbelly or firehouse subs from now on.

$34 for 2 subs is ridiculous especially when you find hair in it. Never put enough mayo when asking for “extra extra mayo” won’t be returning anymore

Wishing they would pay more attention to the order than conversing and laughing over my open food with wide open mouths. Then to boot they put onion on my sub, when I specifically asked them not to. Ate half and couldn't stomach the rest. Too busy to come up and have them remake it, so I'll just work the rest of the day hungry. Just enough time to leave this review.

What a waste of money. I hate finding hair in my food. Everyone should be required to wear hairnets. Don't think, I'll be back.

We had a graduation and order a week before. The staff was so friendly, I had no idea what I wanted to order, and they were patient and let me work through what I needed to order. When we picked up everything was correct, and we had no issues.

Parking: Parking is in the back and was wide open, didnt have an issue with room.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is a little bumpy but getttng in the store was good.

Dietary restrictions: We had one person allergic to eggs they made sure everything was handle well.
