Nice place. I was a little disappointed the last time we were there however. We sat down and people who came in after us had their food before we even had our orders taken. :-/ They were finished and out before we even had our food delivered. Two different tables. That was kind of annoying. But, after that, when we finally did get our food, it was good.

First visit here and would definitely come back. Service was okay, food was great, location is perfect to be right in downtown and close to the park.

Nice breakfast place. Food is great. Service is good.. Note: there are more than one specials board. Look around for the other, to not miss out.

Lynn's is a gem! Breakfast couldn't have been better and the staff was a dream. It was my first time visiting, but I'll definitely be a regular.Highly recommend the hollandaise sauce and the sausage gravy. The specials all looked incredible, so it was hard to choose what to eat.The vibe is old school diner, with a clean and updated look. The pride signage is an extra bonus. It's welcoming, open, spotless, and fresh. Perfectly located with lots of parking. It's a must try in downtown Brighton.

We came in with our toddler and were sat at a tiny 2-top. Perhaps the man who sat us assumed that we wouldn’t be feeding our child because there was no way three plates could fit on the small table. It was also unsafe to have hot coffee within our daughter’s reach. When the waitress returned with our drink order, we asked if we could move to a four-top after it was cleared. She spoke to the manager (the same man who sat us), who was incredibly rude. He was unreasonable and said no. We would have been okay waiting for another table, but no alternative solution was offered. The waitress was apologetic, but we ended up leaving. We went around the corner and enjoyed our meal elsewhere. We are new to Michigan and have been trying every restaurant in Brighton. This was our first negative experience.
