We are big Marco's fans over here! Our favorite pizza ever. And the jalapeno ranch is so good we order 10 each time. Not to mention the prices are awesome considering how good the quality of food is. We've been to 4 different Marco's and our best experience was here at the Brighton location! We think his name was Matthew and another girl tonight & they were amazing! Thank you!!!
The pepperoni magnifico was phenomenal, tons of pepperoni and the pizza itself was great. Crust was crunchy and fluffy exactly how you want it. Delivery was super fast and the driver was friendly, 10/10.

Staff does everything to keep customers happyVegetarian options: Just the cauliflower crust pizza but also there are pizza bowls.Parking: There are plenty of spaces but can get full with carryout at dinner rush.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get into with wheelchair access at the side of the building.
Ordered pizza online at 5pm and scheduled a delivery window at 7:05 and at 7:20 I called and asked where the order was at and was told it was sitting there waiting for the driver. We told them the driver was here 10 minutes ago and never came to the door. The answer was oh that's what happened, sorry he forgot the pizza. WHAT, how does the pizza delivery person forget the pizza. Brian the manager didn't have any concern. We called back 45 minutes later as the pizza finally arrived and the answer was "well you got the pizza now right". Great manager, perhaps you guys should hire actual managers who are supposed to be customer focused.Unfortunately, this is not the only time or issue we have had. They have not brought items and when we call are told they will put notes in the system so we get it next time. Well no notes and told sorry. Pizza has been burned or even under cooked.I have ordered from other Marcos location and never had issues. This one seems to have poor management and no care for customer service.Update: don't read Into the quick reply from Marcos. Sent them a message via X the next day and they just keep asking the same information I already provided. Useless..

Bad service in Hartland . Ordered delivery at 6:35 pm on a Wednesday night- was given a delivery time of 7:07 pm (not a holiday/holiday weekend). I called after an hour I placed my order & was told my order would be another 15-20 minutes & that didn’t happen either . My order arrived an hour late & cold. I’ve liked Marco’s in the past , even with others telling me they don’t. But this experience annoyed me .

Waited for our order to come up at least 30min. Only to find out it had been sitting under the lamp for 15min. They need a manager... or just yell out the name when it's put under the lamp. Especially if it's a pick up!
