This McDonald's is filthy. The tables that have been wiped down were done with a dirty rag and look disgusting. The floor is so grimy it is slippery and dangerous. Like walking on ice. Bathroom is disgusting. Recommend a different McDonald's.

Screw McDonald's. I will never go to the Brighton one ever again. They've always messed up my food order. I once got a sandwich with the paper still stuck to the patty.

Customer service is dying, it's no wonder fast food workers are being replaced.

I would rather starve than attempt to eat here. I was there with my husband and placed our order on the kiosk. After placing the order I payed the teller at the counter. Took 5min to get my drink cup that she was standing next to while cashing me out. Sat and waited for 20min for them to tell me that they didn’t know where my order was while other people walking in got their food before I did. Explained I had already waited 20 min for my food now I have to leave and get to an appointment. Told them to give me a refund and I will never come back to this facility again. The women that was “in charge” didn’t even know what to do. This establishment really needs to be better at who they hire and who they make managers. Plus I’m a diabetic and needed to eat due to my sugar. So thanks for wanting to be paid $20 and hour for shitty service.

By far one of the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. As someone who works in customer service, retail and fast food, there is none of that to be had here. Cold food, slow service (waited over ten minutes), you name it. Oh and whoever does the syrup and carbonation on their soda fountain y'all gotta work on that ratio. Tastes like straight syrup and no carbonation.

Almost every time there is something wrong with pur order. Service is better if you go through the drive thru. If you go inside, you will wait. The female manager treats all of her employees poorly but it was disgusting the way she talked to a special needs employee.

I was in town on business and stopped here 2 separate days for breakfast that I ordered on the app. 1st day I got my order curbside and they forgot to put the eggs on my breakfast sandwiches. On the 2nd day, the order was correct.

No salt on fries, double cheeseburger was somehow smushed in a bag with only that and fries? Idk yall suck, literally any McDonald’s is better than this. They literally charged us individually for each item in a meal making it more expensive?

Came to this location listed as 24/7. Roll up to the fully lit location, all the employees smoking dope by the door. Being a glazed McDonald's worker is expected... But to be so lazy to not set down the blunt.
