Lately the drive thru has been horrendous. One particular employee gets extremely flustered at the drive thru and when she’s working it’s guaranteed to take longer. She constantly messes orders up and complains about being understaffed. I used to love this location but can no longer chance being stuck in the drive thru for 20+ minutes with only a few cars ahead of me.

A lot of loser mentality here! Not my fault you chose to work at McDonalds. Maybe that’s why you work there! Doesn’t cost anything to be positive isn’t of a boo boo look at me my life sucks attitude! You should have a higher up have a talk with your workers about customer service and how to talk to customers. Wondering why your ratings are so low but never do anything about it ??♂️

I got in line to order, there were two other ladies besides me, but they had already ordered. I stood there for about 5 minutes, they were bagging orders, but no one ever acknowledged me, I might as well have been invisible. I stood there waiting to order for another 10 minutes before I said screw it and left. Bathrooms are also very filthy.

Good was cold and old. Cheeseburger had no onion or pickle. Fries were old and soggy. Waited 15 minutes and was the only care in drive thru. Girl up front was vaping on the job.

Fries cold asked for mayo ex pickles on my big Mac not added.....plus half of a burger missing....asked for 4 mayo and ketchup and salt got none and no napkins....u guys are failing badly also wanted to say when I called about my order they hung up the phone on me....and know are gosting me they took phone off hook....not cool I work fast food 22 years.....
Aricka was so helpful....she made the experience very pleasant....the order tasted fabulous with her smile.
