This place has gone downhill, the staff they have on nights is the worst I’ve ever experienced at any McDonald’s ever and I love McDonald’s! I used to go there as a kid but the new employees have ruined the nostalgia. I will now be going to the grand river location in Brighton and I recommend everyone else do the same.

This is restaurant has the worst service of any McDonalds I have ever been to. We constantly have 20min plus wait times and our orders are constantly wrong. This last time our order was given to someone several cars ahead of us, and then when asked to pull forward we waited ten minutes more only to be given half our order, with cold fries, and then asked to wait longer. This is a standard occurrence for this restaurant, this will be the last time we visit here. We have had this same experience at least a dozen times, unfortunately for me it’s the only local place open past ten pm. Never Again!! You will be getting several 1 star google reviews and reported to the BBB. Updated: been here for 40min, still no food, forgot about us. Had to break into the lobby to be yelled at by the “manager” and told the lobby was closed.

The food was cold, probably because it was sitting in a bag on the counter while they fulfilled other orders. I had a curbside order and waited over 20 minutes, and had to go in to get my order. Employees look super stressed, guys with long hair and beards were working without hair/beard nets.

Work midnights, been there 2 times and both times my burgers was dry and old, 20 piece nugget was re-deep fried and wasn't able to eat them, serve is super slow.

If I could give this McDonald’s negative stars I would. My family and I came in and ordered food from the kiosk. We placed an order for here. We waited patiently for what seemed like 10-15 minutes. There were only two others in the entire lobby and it was slow. We wondered what was taking so long.. we look at the counter to see our food has been sitting for who knows how long. I’m not sure why this location even bothered to have numbers at their table? The food was left there to go cold.. no drinks. I had to help myself to our drinks. The food…. Burnt to a crisp. Everything was cold… the service was VERY COLD. The entire time my family and I were in the dining room we could hear laughing from the “hard” working employees. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location until they can get things sorted out.

Had an issue with an order, the girl running the counter was very understanding. Today is the day they brought back the snackwraps so understandbly they were busy. She fixed my order with the quickness and was super polite.

This is the slowest and most poorly service McDonald's in my area. There must be 8 employees on shift but 2 possibly 3 are on break, making their own food while the drive thru is packed and there's multiple people waiting at the front counter. I stood there for 10 minutes and not one employee asked if I had been helped. The manager, a young girl and young guy are the only ones actually being productive and working. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on M36/9mile road.

The AM workers are awesome here but the PM workers consistently petty. AND THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE MADE ME THROW UP AND THE STAFF TRIED TO POCKET THE EXTRA CASH FROM THE VALUE MENU! Done with this location and probably the franchise.
