We were notified after we ordered and paid that they had no ice cream to make the McFlurries or syrup for the Frappe. No alternatives were offered until we sought them out and asked. When they forgot the lettuce in a chicken sandwich they insisted the entire sandwich be remade rather than give a piece of lettuce, this wasted food and time. The rest of the food was typical McDonald's level quality. The lobby temperature was so high we had to remove our sweatshirts and ask...

Located in Brighton,MI just off US 23 on Lee Rd, next to Kohls, Costco and down the road from Green Oaks Mall! Easy in and easy out option, parking lot has plenty of parking options in a well lit lot! Inside is clean as are the bathrooms! Food was hot, fresh and well prepared.

I haven't left a bad review in a while. No fountain drinks, got a soda can instead. No discounted price. Got the normal deluxe mcCrispy instead of the spicy deluxe. The sandwich was soggy. Drive thru was not busy and they still took longer than usual.
