This is a complicated review. The food was great and the counter service was great. But a major problem is doing end of the night cleaning at 8:30 pm when they close at 11 pm. I love a clean restaurant, but I don’t love sitting down to eat my dinner and having the entire dining area undergoing a full cleaning, from sweeping the entire dining area to spraying chemicals and mopping. Close down a section, okay? But it's disgusting to be sweeping and kicking up everything on the floor into the air right next diners trying to enjoy their fresh, tasty dinner - spraying cleaning chemicals and mopping right next folks eating. We had to pack up our food and exit. This wasn't a little cleaning of a single table or section, they were going full out on the entire dining area, from front doors to the back wall, even closing and covering the trash recepticals which made putting your plates and silverware away a challenge. Maybe start that at 10:30pm/10:45pm, or wait until after the dining room is closed for the night. Wipe off tables and put fresh trash bags in the cans when needed, but end-of-night scrubbing of the dining area is ridiculous at 8:30 with customers coming in frequently. It's poor form. Nobody wants to eat with the barf-inducing stink of chemicals permeating the air and floor debris being kicked up from the front to back of the store.

How the mighty have fallen. The food is still good - used to be great. Never sure they get the order right, make sure to stand there and watch. The staff has gotten sullen and sometimes insolent - used to be friendly from/ to everyone. Finally the facility has gone down hill - peeling wall paper, a paint job started but not finished, walls marked up, tables sticky and dirty floors. Remember good food with a fair price - but expect nothing else.

Every time I go to this place, it's filthy with garbage and food all over the floor. The tables are never cleaned. The pizza is absolutely gross, I wouldn't even consider it as pizza. I'm never eating here again.
Service was fine, however they overcharged for just a margheritta pizza because it has a fancy name, smh

Every time anyone enters the pizzeria, the staff greet me with a smile. They are always friendly and ready to help you build your pizza even with special requests like gluten and dairy free toppings. I really enjoy the sauce with chicken and veggies. I enjoy the crispiness of the crust. It is always enjoyable to obtain the pizza from here because it is the only place I can get my allergy free requirements and it still tastes good!

I ordered a mini pizza and a salad. When I got home I realized they had put anchovies on my pizza, which I did not order. I called and they said they would remake it. I drove back to Mod, and the employee was very apologetic about making it wrong, which I appreciated. However when I got back to my car I opened up the remake and saw that it was also made wrong, this time it was missing two of the toppings I had ordered. If I had time I would have gone back again, but I couldn’t wait for them to remake a pizza a third time. There were three people working and only about one other person in the restaurant when I went back. I am not sure how you make something wrong twice, especially since it clearly was not busy in the store.

One word.... terrible. I thought it was odd when I walked in and the place was empty during what I expected to be the lunch rush... and then it all made sense. The crust is stale. I'm pretty sure they made my pizza on a crust that was made yesterday and left out all night. I asked the girl working for extra toppings and she gave an attitude and added two more pieces. She acted like she would personally be charged for every pepperoni she put on my pizza. Save your money.

I have had better pizza from the frozen food section at meijer same for the bread sticks. Expensive tasteless. Not recommending or returning.
