My family loves MOD Pizza, this was an easy choice for a stop on our road trip.The restaurant was clean and well stocked. However, the staff was annoyed when we asked for more cheese on our pizzas, none of them were given anywhere near a full scoop. When extra mushrooms were asked for the annoyance of staff was visible for all around us to see. We checked out and all was seeming to be okay, but then the staff never called our names for pizza like they did for those in line before us and after us. When we noticed, our pizzas were no longer hot which was a major annoyance.I hope this was just staff having a bad day, but we will never be back to this MOD pizza when we come through town.

Gluten free pizza is diffiult most of the time anyways as a celiac but the gluten free options here are usually satisfying and havent made me noticeably sick, if at all. Mod has its own flavor that has been consistent in my experience, so i come back when a mod is around ?♀️

Pies were fine. But how do you break down your beverage station at 7pm when you don't close until 11pm? The sheer laziness of the employees is beyond reproach.
I am so thankful that they have both gluten free and dairy free options for me! Not many places have GF & DF pizza options.

We got takeout so I can’t comment on service or atmosphere, although it seems like it’s a Panera-type style where you get your food when it’s called and put the dishes away yourself when done.We had a 15-min drive home so the pizza crust didn’t really hold up all that well on the drive, which is to be expected when you add steam and cardboard boxes as factors. With that being said, it was still pretty tasty and we would like to go back to enjoy their pizza fresh.

You choose all the toppings you want. My favorite topping is balsamic fig. I keep my MOD pizza veggie with anchovies. Absolutely delicious. Carly, one of the crew members was a delight to share stories and what we both love about MOD pizza. She represents what is great about our Brighton location. Simply the best.Update: September 8 2023Xander, Madeline,Abby and Chelsey did another great with my two pizza order. They along with the other members of their team did a fantastic job .
