my husband passed this Bakery and thought of me with all my sensitivities to many things and brought me in today and bought quite a few things and I will say that everything has great flavors! I've tried the cranberry muffins and they are soooo good thank you! 😊

First time visiting and I got to meet the owner—super friendly and even let me sample a fresh mini cupcake! It was amazing—you’d never guess it was dairy- and gluten-free. I’m not even gluten-free, but I’d come back for sure and will definitely recommend, (especially the gluten and dairy free friends)!

He even offered to stay after closing time on a Saturday to accommodate our delayed arrival. The bakery is organized, bright and perfectly clean. So grateful for this wonderful bakery! The staff is so lovely and they give our family a comfort knowing we can enjoy some sweet treats with food allergies. I can’t say enough amazing things about them and their amazing baked goods!

This place is amazing. The mock rye bread is my favorite and now a regular in my diet. Muffins and cookies are excellent too. The gentlemen who run it are always a pleasure to visit. Very thankful to have this place in Brighton!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always cheerful. Food is made GF, and vegan and egg free choices are available. My wife's favorite place to buy GF bread. Cupcakes, pies, pizza crust are among the many choices.

They were super sweet and helpful (even teaching me something new about GF bread). The rye bread is amazing and I can‘t wait to go back and try the others! I also purchased pierogis and pasties. Haven‘t tried the pierogis yet, but the buffalo pasties were great! Not dry, didn‘t need a sauce, a filling lunch meal. I will be returning for more.

Actually, really good, gluten-free cookies. Gluten free bread is still Gluten free bread, but this is about the best I've had. Guys that run the bakery are super friendly. I can't rate the atmosphere as it's a store.

The owner was so helpful and kind to talk to. I live in the UP and stocked up on cookies, brownie bites, bread and egg noodles. My non-GF husband couldn’t tell that the cookie was gluten free!! Thank you so much and hopefully we’ll make the 8 hour drive to visit your bakery again!

Everything here is amazing and the owner is so nice. I love so many different things here and the cupcakes are so good! Not dry at all like the other reviews mention.
