This gluten-free bakery in Brighton, MI is exceptional in every way. The proprietor, Randy, is friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. He even offered to stay after closing time on a Saturday to accommodate our delayed arrival. The bakery is organized, bright and perfectly clean. Everything we purchased was delicious: from the chocolate chip cookies to the quinoa bread to the apple spice coffee cake and more. The textures and flavors were perfection. The owner was so helpful and kind to talk to. I live in the UP and stocked up on cookies, brownie bites, bread and egg noodles. My non-GF husband couldn’t tell that the cookie was gluten free!! Thank you so much and hopefully we’ll make the 8 hour drive to visit your bakery again!
the chocolate cake with the chocolate mousse on top is an absolute problem. I could eat a whole one of them myself.really nice selection of gluten free and/or dairy free items. the owners are very personable.
