We always like ther food. We wish the one in E. Lansing didn't close. The flavor is always good. Price is ok.
Curry Pad Thai with shrimp (medium) and Potato curry with chicken (medium)both dishes, never disappoint!

So to start off with this review I would like to add that they deserve the 5 stars for their kind service and how fast they prepared the food, especially since it was in the last 30min of their operating hours. The atmosphere was about as you would expect for a quick service joint, but lacked asian vibes.
Now for the food, this is in no way the worst pad kee mao I have had in my life. The texture is great, perfect portion size for price to value. One problem, I ordered Dim Mak (death touch) level spice and I got something that wouldn't hurt a flea. No where near authentic level spice and should be embarrassed to advertise it as such.
For reference, I have been to Asia and have been to many thai places in the USA and this authenticity score is 2.5 out of 5. Great spice and flavor, missing vital thai basil and thai chilis to meet expectations.

Tried this restaurant today and the noodles were just ok,they were small portions for the price. Has flavor, be careful of the heat, any more than medium and you may find it really hot 🔥. Just not for me. No recommendations.....

My Favorite Pad Thai restaurant in the world. Ate it all through college years in Ann Arbor. Great pad thai (not 100% authentic), but my wife and I love it better than authentic. Also, it has good service.

I was a really big fan of no tai until 3 separate instances happened. The first time I had a slice of chicken bone in my no tai and it completely spoiled the meal for me. Gave them another shot and ordered another no tai just to find a hair in my food. Gave them yet ANOTHER chance and ordered my food and found a long plastic string in my food that I literally already died on. I will be reporting them as this is UNACCEPTABLE. This was a serious hazard as I could’ve have choked severely. Their whole place seems disgusting with the amount of problems I have had with them. I have video proof of everything and am truly disgusted.

It's never busy and they still messed up my order. Last time I eat there. Also doesn't help when you hire socially inexperienced high schoolers

Food is great, and I am eager to try other dishes as a self-proclaimed Thai Food Snob. The chain atmosphere is anything but my style, and the country music is very confusing. Very clean, and again, my meal was excellent. Medium Spice was more like Mild on the Pad Thai Tofu Curry. Large portions and self-serve Thai Ice Tea is hard to believe. I would not hesitate to dine again at any of their 5 locations.

Great food.
I got the Sweet and Spicy Chicken.
I even got to talk with the owner.
He was very nice
Everything is so sweet, it's like eating dessert. Wife ordered the hottest sauce and she had to add hot sauce to it, because it was so mild. Ridiculous.
