Lunch was great! We had a problem with our order and the owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It was impressive. Highly recommend Brighton Outback!!

I had a wedge salad, it was the best I've ever had. The wine was delicious and and the baked potato was very good. The person who waited on us was great. I can't remember his name. All in all, very nice experience.

I ordered food off of the Outback app and had it scheduled to be delivered to me at work. After waiting an extra 30 minutes I ended up calling outback to see if they knew if my order had been picked up yet which it had not been. The manager Linny ended up getting on the phone and said they would call me back they are going to figure something out with DoorDash to make sure I had my food. After a quick 10 minutes I got the call back that she was going to personally bring it to me at work as she felt bad even though it was 100% NOT her fault. She didn’t not have to bring it to me she could have refunded my money and gone on with her day. Instead I got my food made fresh and delivered I can not express how AMAZING this was as it is not in her job description to bring me my food but she went above and beyond I could not be more grateful so THAK YOU AGAN LINNY YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

We ordered carry out for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary because my mom is not well enough to get out and about. Some of the items were not even edible. The steak was well done instead of medium, the broccoli was rotten brown, the croutons were soggy, and we were given one tiny thing of dressing for a huge salad. Mom ordered grilled chicken. It wasn’t grilled. It was like pan fried or something and hard as a rock. We tossed it. But the baked potato was great. The food quality is just not what it used to be.

Great service, and the food was pretty dang good. I don't usually like chain restaurants, but whoever they got working in the kitchen isn't shy about spice and salt, which is awesome!

We absolutely LOVE this Outback. From the front to the back. People are so nice, food is fab and consistent, and the atmosphere is perfect. Don't waste a dime on the food at Texas Roadhouse, come to Outback and see for yourself how amazing it is.

Kitchen was having issues, but manager took 15% off bill. Food was great (steaks cooked as ordered and wonderfully seasoned), and service was top notch!

We came here for my husbands birthday dinner tonight. They ran out of the Sydney shroons on the table before us. The steak was over cooked and felt burnt on the outside. (I ordered rare), and my loaded potatoes were not loaded. This is the second time that the food was not up to their normal standards.
