Outback always has very consistent quality. The food is tasty - maybe a bit salty for my palate, but a good meal on whole. The waitstaff is friendly and prompt with service and the manager checks in with guests even when everything is going well. The location is a bit difficult to find without GPS as it’s tucked in a side street, but you won’t have to wait too long for a table once you get here.

We were staying at the hotel next door because we lost power and wanted to eat saturday night. The food was good and our server was great but when we first came in and came to the host podium there was a blonde lady up there who I assume was a manager and she was being very rude to the very young teenagers at the podium. I had a sirloin and we had a blooming blossom. The onion was over greasy, but my food and there’s was good. We usually frequent non-corporate food places so I was surprised and it was priced better than I thought

Spent 61 dollars on take out, gave 10 dollar tip, when arrived home and to lift bag ENTIRE order ended up all over my car, EVERYWHERE, DOORS, FLOOR, RADIO, SHIFT, I MEAN EVERYWHERE, French onion soup lids were not right size, they did give me two 10 dollars gift certificates and 5 one for blooming onion and I did appreciate it but this soup was all over my white pants, my seats, rest of my order was all over car too.
It was freezing outside so to clean it all up next morning because it was late, it was frozen and took hours to clean, had to keep taking breaks because hands were frozen, it was a nightmare

I don't normally go to chain restaurants but this one is the exception. They really do have great steaks, shrimp and salmon. Wine list is so so. Service always reliable.

Had my 50th b day dinner last night at this location.
Made reservations and spoke with an employee to ask about the prime rib(which was guaranteed)
Was told "yes we will have that dish but not until after 4pm."
So we made our reservation for 6pm.
Party of 6.
Get there, get our drinks, and our apps ordered. They come, we snack and then it's time to order.
Everyone gets what they want and I ask for a😛😍 16oz prime rib???
Well happy freaking birthday 🎂 to me......... THEY HAVE NO PRIME RIB TODAY!!!
Thanks outback suck house for ruining my ONLY 50TH BIRTHDAY!!!

Had to settle for a filet &lobster tail.
Lobster was like rubber and very fishy tasting, Mac&cheese was cold and what they called a sweet potato was about the size of a ping pong ball!!!

Ribeye was spoiled. They took off bill 👍 ordered a large to go order- steak was rare not medium and it was the wrong steak. Then didn’t get toppings for loaded baked potatoes, just an uncut potatoe. Disappointing! I was so looking forward to a nice steak. We won’t be back.

Came in for lunch on Tuesday afternoon, our server was new as we had not seen her here before and she mentioned it was her second day. She was extremely kind and I could tell she was doing her best. She did a great job during our visit. However, apparently there was an issue upon her processing our transaction and the manager rushed over to inform us that we would be “charged twice”-no big deal- it happens. I understand the second charges fall off after certain time frame, and that this may upset some more than others- everyone is different.
My issue was with the manager “Jenn” who came over and completely berated our server right in front of us. It was extremely embarrassing not only for her, I’m sure- but to us as well. I could not believe how unprofessional and flat out rude she was to this young girl. Shame on you for treating your workers so poorly! I have never experienced anything like that while dining out. On top of it all, there was no second charge on my card like the manager made such a fuss over. Our food was fine but I will not come back to this location.

The highlight of this visit was Nicholas P! He was an absolute delight to dine with! Excellent service with a fun personality, and we waited on nothing. Bravo!

It's been a few months since I've been to any Outback so maybe this across the franchise changes and isn't site specific. Got the ribeye. Poor cut and really salty. Baked potato really salty as well and barely any cheese. Salads were good.

Put our name in at 530pm for a party of 7. Was seated at 730pm and couldn’t sit together. Was delivered our drinks and bread but no silverware or napkins. Had to wait 5 minutes for those. Food delivery was inaccurate. Drink refills were slow. Sirloin was not as tender as previous visits. Overall poor experience.
