Glea was absolutely wonderful and over accommodating! We came in for dinner 30 minutes before close and they were out of most things. We were going to leave and they were extremely willing to cook us fresh food. You don’t see people like that now a days, with eagerness to work hard and please their customers. Their friendliness will absolutely bring us back ? (the food was a plus too!)

Food is good. When it's good, it's really good however when it's bad it's dry.I'm not sure why there is not any consistency. Regardless, I still like it at panda express. It's quick and easy and satisfies my cravings when I'm in a pinch.

I end up showing up close to closing time and they don't have half the dishes available to choose from. But I work weird hours so that's the only time I can come in there and I just think that they could do better than what they are

The manager liani is not helpfull. Her team sold me a promotional offer and told be it was a gift card for a future visit. Did not tell me it was expired and would not do anything to help me. She was rude about it. When i got the card it was in may and she said it was expired in march. I was under the impression it was a gift card not a coupon. Liani should not be manager she has no customer service abilities.

The food was ok, but the customer service is awful. The manager Liani was rude and needs customer service training. When I looked at her name on her tag and mentioned I would be reaching out to corporate she actually laughed at me. A few months ago the staff there talked me into buying something extra to get a $5 gift card which was a lie it was actually a promotional coupon with an expiration date. Well it turns out it was expired and instead of offering me any kind of discount or anything to help make it right she just stood there and stared at me and said its expired. I was like how can a gift card you guys practically made me purchase expire. If my kid wasn't with me and hungry I would have walked out.
