They messed up our online order. Requested no Feta cheese on a sandwich but they put it on. The French onion soup was missing the cheese and croutons, so it was basically onions and broth. Of course we discovered all this after bringing the order home. Had to drive all the way back. Lesson learned. Very disappointing. Check your order before leaving.Dietary restrictions: Watch carefully. They don't understand no cheese.

I go to Panera often. My daughter and her friend ordered salads, and they really were less than generous with the serving size. If you want to save money, don't skimp out on the salads. Maybe. You could turn the heat down or something...

Surprisingly small portions for the price. Food tasted good, though. Service was good.It was really cold in the building. Wore my coat throughout the meal, and I'm usually an overly warm human.

My wife and I had dinner there. I ordered the tai chicken salad with the side order properly cheddar soup and my wife ordered the wild rice soup in the green goddess salad. Took them 35 minutes to finish the order, Even though we were the only ones in line, my wife asked to omit the onions they left them on, and when you compare the levels between my soup and hers, I probably got about a scoop and a half less than what she did. Not to mention my soup was lukewarm. You think for being in downtown Brighton these guys would be on top of their game but they're not. It wouldn't recommend going in the evening anyway cuz that's what I went for dinner. Probably will not be back

I just went through the drive-thru and I order a whole Turkey bravo sandwich, I get my sandwich and it had no Turkey on it. Wouldn’t suggest going there. Turkey is in the name of the sandwich and they still forgot it.

Nice place. Has a warming fireplace in the middle of the room to sit next to. Food was out quick and hot. The iced coffee was great. Thanks folks!

I usually go to this Panera and don't have any problems, but a while ago I went to this Panera and had an experience that I have to share. I was at the drive thru and ordered a cranberry orange muffin. When I get to the window I see a woman, I think her name was Melissa, DROP my muffin, pick it up, AND THEN PROCEED TO PUT IT IN THE BAG TO GIVE IT TO ME. Luckily, another worker stopped her and grabbed a new muffin and bag, but I am genuinely disgusted at the thought that this lady would've given me a muffin that has been dropped on the floor. What if I had not seen and that other worker hadn't been there? It's nasty. I usually love this location but they need to check Melissa.

The person that took my order was really nice even though I had a lot of dumb questions. I didn’t have much experience with Panera bread so I really appreciated them explaining a lot of the different things they have going on such as the Sip Club. Food came out very fast and facility was clean.

Met a friend at this Panera Bread location for lunch. We both did Pick Two (soup/salad), we waited quite a while for our food (longest I've ever waited in a Panera Bread). The salad had barely anything in the bowl - and I've had the Pick Two before at other locations, never have I seen so little salad in a bowl. Same with the soup, it was served in a paper cup, rather than the melamine bowl I'm used to, the soup was cold and seemed like it was old (all stuck to the back of the spoon). Neither of us finished our soup, again seemed old, but for the money, I just don't understand how Panera Bread is staying in business. Prices are as high as a full service restaurant, portions are small, and it's self serve, from the ordering process, to picking up the food, to cleaning up after yourself.

The WORST (2nd time here) customer experience EVER in a Panera. Normally Panera is one of my favorites. However, this time was a disaster! Stale Pecan Braid, cold onion soup, absolutely terrible pizza (they have NO SEASONINGS) and the pepperoni was weird tasting. Also, The crust of the pizza was like eating “tack” and NOT representative of their otherwise great breads. Pizza’s need lots of work, they have a poor flavor. Photos won’t upload on this site.
