I got the garden avo and egg white sandwich and a pomegranate hibiscus tea. The sandwich was good, but it only had one small slice of avocado. The tea I ended up giving to my sister because it didn't really have a taste to me.
The bread was toasted nicely, but I just wish there was more avocado. And I wish the tea was more flavorful. Staff were nice and friendly, and they got my order out fast.
Edit: also, my sister got a drink from the iced tea dispenser, reasonably thinking it was iced tea. It was coffee
Good food, clean bathrooms, friendly wait staff. But side note, my phone's been acting up and I was using the wifi so I hope neither has effected each other.

Every time i come here my food is always made correctly. They were busy today, but it didn’t take long at all. I also like that they have ginger ale available as a drink. The baked potato soup and Italian sandwich is so good!

I am not a fan of Panera food, but came in for a quick coffee with the wife. Scott at the front counter made the experience great! Gotta say - he loves his job. He encouraged me to see if I have a Panera account, which I ended up having - and since it was my birthday a couple days prior, he enthusiastically told me I get a free pastry. I was of course happy to hear the news, but Scott was beyond excited. Brought a smile to my face. Thanks Scott! Panera - give this guy a raise!

I love Panera, the food is great employees so kind, and the manger and general manager were so incredibly kind and considerate with a situation we had. so kind and so grateful for the understanding. if you see something making you uncomfortable, do not be afraid to speak up. the staff is there for you, and will be there to support you, and that was shown today. thank you.
Can't tell you about service. But I walked in to go potty after loading a car for a stranded motorist. I see this community board for business cards. The board is completely empty other than two signs, one that says "community board," the other says, "for non-profit organizations only."
Nothing says "Community" like a community board for non-profits only inside of a for-profit establishment.
Bad vibes.

The manager on duty has no business being there. She made it perfectly clear that she did not want to be there as I heard her mention it twice in the 20 minutes I sat there waiting for one toasted bagel and cream cheese. They did not get my name entered into the system, so therefore, I waited and watched a good 12 people go ahead of me. Needless to say, I was not happy and she(the manager) was extremely rude after I just asked where my bagel was. The gentleman at the register was nice enough however I believe it was his error for not putting it in the system.

With almost no one in the restaurant at 11 AM, no one greeted us. We stood at the counter for a couple minutes before just ordering on the kiosk. The food was decent but there was no cheese or bacon on the bacon turkey bravo and both pastries were hard. I’ll give it another try, but I’m not super excited.
