Every time i come here my food is always made correctly. They were busy today, but it didn’t take long at all. I also like that they have ginger ale available as a drink. The baked potato soup and Italian sandwich is so good!
I am not a fan of Panera food, but came in for a quick coffee with the wife. Scott at the front counter made the experience great! Gotta say - he loves his job. He encouraged me to see if I have a Panera account, which I ended up having - and since it was my birthday a couple days prior, he enthusiastically told me I get a free pastry. I was of course happy to hear the news, but Scott was beyond excited. Brought a smile to my face. Thanks Scott! Panera - give this guy a raise!
